Abstract

FIELD: tobacco industry.

SUBSTANCE: one should prepare leaves of rustic tobacco according to the preset technology to be then extracted with carbon dioxide in supercritical state. Moreover, nicotine and fragrance-forming substances migrate into an extract's composition. Licorice roots should be, also, prepared according to the preset technique, reduced and extracted with liquid ammonia. The extracts obtained should be mixed with the powder obtained out of leaf vegetables, sugar syrup, apple juice concentrate, pectin, calcium and/or magnesium citrate and water. The mixture obtained should be formed. The innovation enables to decrease the loss of valuable rustic tobacco components and improve organoleptic properties manufactured out of rustic tobacco.

EFFECT: more prolonged terms of storage period.

Известен способ производства некурительного изделия из махорки, предусматривающий подготовку листьев махорки, СО₂-экстрагирование с использованием двуокиси углерода в жидком состоянии, измельчение листьев махорки и их смешивание с порошком из корней солодки, пектином, фруктозой и СО₂-экстрактом мяты перечной и формование смеси (Сакиев А.Э. Точность соблюдения соотношения указана с учетом норм расхода сырья и точности существующего дозирующего оборудования. Полученную смесь формуют, например, в виде гранул как традиционный водный насвай, от которого полученный продукт отличается выраженным сладким вкусом и характерным ароматом табака с приятным фруктовым оттенком. Вид листовых овощей, за исключением щавеля, не оказывает заметного влияния на свойства целевого продукта. При использовании порошка из листьев щавеля во вкусе целевого продукта появляется пикантная кислинка. Полученные по предлагаемому способу и наиболее близкому аналогу гранулы с диаметром около 2 мм расфасовывали в стеклянные пузырьки с резиновыми пробками по 50 г. Гранулы отбирали для дегустационной оценки непосредственно после изготовления через каждые 2 дня в течение 2 месяцев.
