SUBSTANCE: proposed unit contains strings of tubings and rods, different diameter lower and upper cylinders, two hollow plungers of smaller upper and large lower diameters, suction and delivery valves. Upper end of small plunger is connected with rod-adapter with holes. Lower and upper plungers are connected by hollow rod which is connected by adapter with lower end of upper plunger and is coupled with plunger rod by sleeve-adapter with holes in space of which ball valve is installed higher than holes. Lower part of plunger rod passes through space of lower plunger, and its end is provided with cone-like thickening and plays the part of suction and delivery valve together with lower end of large diameter plunger. Tubing casing is connected with top of upper cylinder by lock support, and with top of lower cylinder, by sleeve. Filter with side holes is fastened on lower end of lower cylinder by sleeve. Plate with holes is installed on hollow rod between solid sleeve and lower plunger. Plates-limiters of plunger rod deflection with holes are installed in upper space of lower plunger and in middle. Head is installed on lower end of outer surface of lower plunger. Preference is made for making lower plunger of sucker-rod pumping unit from of elastic material.

The invention relates to techniques for mechanized oil production and can be used in the production of viscous oils.
A well-known sucker rod installation containing columns of pump tubes and rods, a cylinder with two stages of different diameters installed one above the other, two hollow plungers connected to each other and a string of sucker rods located in the cylinder with the formation of chambers of small and large diameters, while the suction valve Placed in a small diameter plunger. The installation is equipped with a stepped load connected with the lower part of the small diameter plunger, while the large diameter plunger is also stepped (RF Patent No. 2059883, F 04 B 47/00, 1996). Although in a known design, supplying a small diameter plunger with a load increases the efficiency of the pump, liquid is injected onto the day surface during the course of the rod string down, which causes the counter direction of movement of the rod string and fluid and leads to an increase in resistance forces and the rod string to freeze, and the absence of protective elements at the pump intake increases the possibility of pump failure due to the ingress of mechanical impurities into its cavity.

However, the known installation does not allow to achieve that the gas contained in the oil does not reduce the pump flow rate, and also to prevent leakage of produced oil through the plunger bark and to eliminate the phenomenon of freezing of the rod string when moving downward, leading to the breakage or flap of the rods.
The closest in technical essence and achieved effect is known to a sucker rod pump unit containing columns of pump tubes and rods, a cylinder with steps of different diameters mounted one above the other, two hollow plungers with suction and discharge valves, interconnected with a load placed outside the pump cavity -compressor pipes movably located in the cylinder with the formation of working chambers of small and large diameters, moreover, the suction and discharge valves are installed in the plunger of large diameter and made one-dimensional, and the cavity in the large-diameter plunger between the valves communicates with the cavity formed by the cylinders of two stages, using holes located between the valves, the cross-sectional area of which is greater than the cross-sectional area of the valves, while the distance from the upper end of the large-diameter plunger to the joint equal to the stroke length of the plungers, the load is made one-dimensional in diameter and connected with the lower part of the large diameter plunger, and the stage of the large diameter cylinder is equipped with a filter, located coaxially with the cargo, with side openings whose cross-sectional area is larger than the cross-sectional area of the discharge valve openings (RF Patent No. 2175402, F 04 B 47/00, 2001).
However, in the known installation when using it, the gas contained in the oil does not make it possible to reduce the pump coefficient. There is a phenomenon of freezing of the rod string when moving down, which leads to the breakage of the rods, which means that the pump performance is low, power consumption is high, demulsifiers are high.
The present invention is the creation of a high-performance, energy-saving sucker rod pump unit for the production of highly viscous oil, the design of which allows to eliminate the phenomenon of freezing of the rod string when moving “down”.
The task is achieved in that in a sucker rod installation containing tubing strings and rods, lower and upper cylinders of different diameters, two hollow moving plungers, upper - small and lower - large diameters, suction and discharge valves, the upper end of the small plunger the diameter is connected to the rod string using an adapter with holes, and its lower end is connected using an adapter to a hollow rod connected to the rod by a volume coupling made in the form of an adapter from the hole mi, in the cavity of which a ball valve is located above the holes, the rod passing through the cavity of the lower plunger of larger diameter, and its lower part is made with an expanding cone-shaped thickening and performs the function of a suction and discharge valve with the lower end of the plunger of large diameter, while the tubing string the pipe is connected to the top of the upper cylinder by a locking support, and with the top of the lower cylinder by a coupling, a filter with side holes is attached to the lower end of the lower cylinder by a hollow rod a washer with holes is installed between the volume clutch and the lower plunger of larger diameter, and rod deflection washers with holes are installed in the upper part and in the middle of the lower plunger of larger diameter, and a nozzle is installed on its lower end of the outer surface.
In an advantageous embodiment, the lower plunger of the sucker rod pump unit is made of elastic material.

The sucker rod pump installation comprises a tubing string 4, an upper cylinder of small diameter 5 and a lower cylinder of large diameter 8, two hollow moving plungers: an upper plunger of small diameter 3 and a lower plunger of large diameter 12, a column of rods 2 connected to the upper end of the upper plunger an adapter 17 with holes, a hollow rod 6, which is connected to the lower end of the upper plunger by an adapter 18 and connected to the rod 9 by a volume coupling adapter 19 with holes, in the cavity of which a step is located above the holes valve 7, filter 16, locking support 1, couplings 20, 15, washer-limiters of the rod deviation with holes 10, 11, 13, nozzle 14, the lower end of the lower plunger 12 and the lower end of the rod 9 forms a valve 21, which performs the function suction and discharge. The lower plunger can be made, for example, of 4-B fluoroplastic.
Rod pump installation operates as follows.
During the course of the string of rods 2 down, the ball valve 7 closes under the action of a column of fluid inside the tubing 4 (tubing), the rod 9 drops down, opening the holes of the stem valve 21 for suction of formation fluid entering through the openings in the filter 16, which fills the space between lower 12 and upper 3 plungers.
The washer 10 presses on the lower plunger 12, which moves down and does not allow the washer 13 to escape from the inner cavity of the plunger 12 when the rod is lowered.
During the course of the string of rods 2 upward, the valve 21 closes, the liquid in the chamber 22 is compressed between the plungers, the ball valve 7 opens, and the liquid is pumped up.
Using the described installation will reduce the energy consumption of demulsifiers. The installation is more productive, its service life is increased. The manufacture of the lower plunger from an elastic material allows to reduce the phenomenon of freezing of the column of rods when moving down, leading to the breakage of the rods.
