Abstract

FIELD: earth-moving facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed quick-release coupling of loader working member contains lugs secured on rear side of working member, support mounted on loader boom with two pairs of upper locking devices and lower locking devices arranged on support square to longitudinal plane of boom. Lower locking devices are provided with double-acting hydraulic cylinder with two rods installed on crossmember of support. Each rod of hydraulic cylinder is connected with fixing pin for engagement with lugs of support and working member mounted on boom. Connection of output end of each rod with fixing pin is provided by ball joint. Housing of hydraulic cylinder is provided with trunnions installed in slots of rests located on crossmember of support. EFFECT: simplified design, improved in operation. 8 dwg

Description

The invention relates to earth-moving vehicles, namely to quick-detachable connections of the working body with the nodes of the base machine.
A quick-detachable connection of the working body of the loader is known, including lugs fixed to the rear side of the working body, a support mounted on the loader boom with two pairs of upper locking devices and lower locking devices with a double-acting hydraulic cylinder with two rods perpendicular to the longitudinal plane of the boom, each of which is an output the end is connected to the locking finger for interaction with the eyes of the caliper and the working body hung on the boom [1].
This technical solution in its technical essence and the achieved result is the closest to the proposal of the applicant and therefore is taken as a prototype.
The disadvantages of the prototype is the following.
The use of guide glasses for fixing fingers that require increased purity and precision of machining, equipped with flanges, as well as the use of springs and shock absorbing inserts for attaching hydraulic cylinders significantly complicates and increases the cost of the design.
In addition, the use of the connection of the fixing finger with the rod by means of a pin, sphere and sleeve, providing increased clearances, causes increased wear of the connection due to frequent oscillations of the working body during operation of the loader, which leads to a decrease in reliability.
Therefore, the task to be solved in the proposal of the applicant is to simplify the design while improving reliability.
The solution to this problem is achieved by the fact that in the quick-detachable connection of the working body of the loader, including the eyes fixed to the rear side of the working body, a caliper mounted on the loader boom with two pairs of upper locking devices and lower locking devices located perpendicular to the longitudinal plane of the boom, the latter of which have a double-acting hydraulic cylinder mounted on the cross-member of the caliper with two rods, each of which is connected to the fixing finger for an exit end lug-interaction-hang caliper and the working body boom, the compound output end of each rod with a locking finger formed by a ball joint, and the cylinder body in the middle part has pins mounted in the slots of supports arranged on a support cross member.

The quick connection of the working bodies of the loader consists of a support 2 mounted on the boom 1, which has two pairs of upper 3 and lower 4 locking devices. The lower locking device 4 consists of a double-acting hydraulic cylinder 5 with two identical rods 6. A fixing pin 9 is connected to the output end 7 of each rod 6 by a spherical hinge 8. The hydraulic cylinder 5 has 10 pins on its body, the second it is installed in the grooves of the supports 11 located on cross member 12 caliper 2.
The upper locking device consists of fingers 13 fixed in the cheeks 14 of the caliper 2. The locking devices also include the upper hook type eyes 15 and the lower cylindrical eyes 16 fixed on the back of the working body, coaxially located both on the working body 17 and on the caliper 2 .
Works quick connection of the working body of the loader as follows.
The loader with an arrow 1 with a caliper 2 approaches the working body 17 and with the movement of the boom 1 introduces the upper fingers of the caliper 2 into the hook eyes of the working body 17 (Fig. 1). Then, turning the caliper with respect to the eyes 15, the overholes 16 are combined in the caliper and the working body (Fig. 2) and, pulling out the rods 6 of the hydraulic cylinder 5, the fixing fingers 9 are inserted into the eyes 16. Thus, the quick-connect coupling of the working body with the boom is connected.
Compared with the prototype, the connection of the hydraulic cylinder rod with the locking finger and the installation of the hydraulic cylinder itself are structurally simpler compared to the prototype (the absence of springs, cups, flanges, depreciation elements) and more reliable (the absence of connections with increased gaps).
The combination of ball joints of the fixing fingers with rods and the floating installation of hydraulic cylinders on the trunnions simplifies the design and increases the reliability of the quick-connect.

Claims (1)

  1.
