Ceramic mass comprising clay and lime slime contains additionally sandy loam, lithium waste in production of chemical fiber containing up to 30% of LiCl and pigment in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: clay, 40-60; sandy loam, 10-30; lime slime, 15-25; indicated lithium waste, 0.09-0.25; pigment, 2-12. Invention providesthe development of multicolor palette of ceramic materials based on naturally colored technogenic materials and ceramic pigments that allows using raw materials with different content of coloring components, to reduce cost for calcinations and decoration of articles and to reduce cost of production significantly. Description

The invention relates to the production of ceramic products for cultural, domestic and construction purposes.
The composition of the mass is known (a.s. SU No. 1106805, С 04 В 33/24, 08/07/1984), including, wt.%: Clay 35-40, kaolin 5-18, faience battle 5-10, lime mud 30- 35, nepheline-syenite 10-15.
The disadvantage of this mass is the high temperature (1050-1100 0 C) of firing products, in connection with which the use of various pigments is very limited.
Known ceramic mass (patent RU No. 2116986, C 04 B 33/24, 08/10/1998) of the following composition, wt.%: Clay 20-40, kaolin 10-25, faience 5-15, lime mud 15-20, sand 15-30, glass battle 5-10.
The disadvantage of this mass is the presence of cullet in its composition, which together with calcium carbonate significantly reduces the sintering interval, which leads to a change in the color of the crock with slight temperature fluctuations.
Closest to the invention is a ceramic mass (patent RU No. 2065424, C 04 B 33/00, 08/20/1996) of the following composition, wt.%: Clay 30-40, quartz sand 10-20, high-grade waste water treatment mine water 15-25 , Lead-zinc ore dressing waste 25-35.
The disadvantage of this mass is that it contains materials that, when fired, provide physical and mechanical properties, but are insufficient due to the beige color of the crock.
The objective of the invention is to develop a multi-color palette of ceramic materials based on naturally colored, technogenic materials and ceramic pigments, which will allow the use of raw materials with different content of coloring components, reduce the cost of firing and decorating products, and thereby significantly reduce the cost of production.
This object is achieved in that the ceramic mass, including clay and lime sludge, further comprises sandy loam, lithium chemical fiber production waste containing up to 30% LiCl, and pigment in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Clay 40-60, sandy loam 10- 30, lime sludge 15-25, said lithium waste 0.09-0.25, pigment 2-12.
The composition of the ceramic mixture, in addition to traditional ceramic raw materials, includes sludge waste from chemical treatment of thermal power plants and nuclear power plants, as well as waste from the production of chemical fiber containing up to 30% LiCl. It is known that the introduction of these materials in the composition of the mass leads to a decrease in the firing temperature, affects the environmental aspects of the disposal of industrial waste. In addition, the products have high performance and environmental friendliness.
A distinctive feature of this invention is that during sintering of a mass of naturally colored raw materials containing lithium waste chemical fiber production containing up to 30% LiCl and lime sludge, it becomes discolored at temperatures of about 600 ° C and simultaneously stained with pigments at higher temperatures. This allows you to combine the sintering and dyeing processes, using a single firing, to obtain products with a given color scheme.
Ceramic mass is prepared according to the technology of plastic molding of products. From a ceramic mass with a fineness of grinding, characterized by a residue on sieve No. 006 and a moisture content of 12%, tiles 50 × 50 × 4 are formed. The formed semi-finished products are dried in an oven and then fired in a muffle furnace at a temperature of 700 ° C, with exposure at a maximum temperature for 1 hour.
The composition of the ceramic masses and the characteristics of the obtained products are given in table 1.
The following raw materials are used in the ceramic mass: clay; sandy loam - used natural materials for the preparation of ceramic masses; lime sludge - chemical treatment waste from TPPs and NPPs, which is a fine yellow-light powder (residue on a sieve), contains from 40-55% CaO in the form of limestone in the crystalline form of CaCO 3 , silica up to 2-3.5%, the rest is FeO, Fe 2 O 3 , Al 2 O 3 , Na 2 O, K 2 O, SO 3 ; lithium waste chemical fiber production, including up to 30% LiCl; pigment - natural and technogenic materials for dyeing products and obtaining a color palette at a firing temperature below 1000 ° C.
Example 1 contains clay - 44.9 wt.%; sandy loam - 29 wt.%, lime sludge - 20 wt.%, lithium waste chemical fiber production, containing up to 30% LiCl, - 0.1 wt.%; pigment - 6 wt.%. According to the above technology, a ceramic mass was prepared and burned at a temperature of 700 ° C with exposure at maximum temperature for 1 hour and the following results were obtained: water absorption - 20.9%; mechanical strength - 13.2 MPa.
Example 2 contains clay - 50 wt.%; sandy loam - 25 wt.%; lime sludge - 18.7 wt.%; lithium waste chemical fiber production, containing up to 30% LiCl, 0.3 wt.%; pigment - 6 wt.%. According to the above technology, a ceramic mass was prepared and burned at a temperature of 700 ° C with exposure at maximum temperature for 1 hour and the following results were obtained: water absorption - 23.7%; mechanical strength - 11.2 MPa.
Example 3 contains clay - 54.6 wt.%; sandy loam - 24 wt.%; lime sludge - 15 wt.%; lithium waste chemical fiber production containing up to 30% LiCl, 0.4 wt.%; pigment - 6 wt.%. According to the above technology, a ceramic mass was prepared and burned at a temperature of 700 ° C with exposure at maximum temperature for 1 hour and the following results were obtained: water absorption - 18.1%; mechanical strength - 13.8 MPa.
