Полезная модель относится к области производства медалей, знаков отличия, наградной продукции. Адаптер булавочного крепления колодки наградного изделия выполнен П-образной формы и содержит две иглы, соединенные перемычкой. Каждая игла имеет с одного края заострение, а с другого края соединена с перемычкой. Каждая игла содержит первый изогнутый участок, образующий выступ в первом направлении, выполненный с возможностью контакта с поверхностью колодки наградного изделия, второй изогнутый участок, образующий выемку во втором, противоположном первому, направлении, выполненную с возможностью контакта с булавочным креплением колодки наградного изделия, и третий участок, соединенный с перемычкой, посредством которого перемычка смещена в первом упомянутом направлении для возможности ее контакта с поверхностью колодки наградного изделия. Для изготовления адаптера используют проволоку из цветного металла. Проволоку разрезают на заготовки необходимой длины, концы проволоки заостряют. Адаптер изготавливается за два формообразующих перехода. Первым переходом является П-образная гибка для придания необходимой конфигурации заготовке, вторым переходом является штамповка с подчеканивающим ударом, при котором формируется окончательная геометрическая форма. В штампе окончательного перехода предусматривается углубление для укладки П-образной заготовки – для удобства укладки и позиционирования в штампе.To make the adapter, non-ferrous metal wire is used.
