Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the construction and can be used in the construction of monolithic walls of various buildings and structures.
SU 1104218 А1, Е 04 В 2/30, 1983; SU 1749406 А1, Е 04 В 2/84, 1992; DE 1708768 А, Е 04 В 2/26, 1971, DE 3601237 А, Е 04 В 2/30, 1987). A multilayer monolithic wall is known from the prior art, containing layers of monolithic concrete and insulation placed between the formwork (see SU 1104218 A1, E 04 B 2/30, 1983; SU 1749406 A1, E 04 B 2/84, 1992; DE 1708768 A, E 04 B 2/26, 1971, DE 3601237 A, E 04 B 2/30, 1987).
The main disadvantage of this design of the multilayer wall is the poor connection of the layers to each other, which requires the introduction of additional reinforcing bars and coupling bolts, complicating the design.
RU 0018282 U1, Е 04 В 2/26, 2001). Closest to the claimed invention is a multilayer monolithic wall containing placed between the fixed formwork panels, which are interconnected by flexible connections, a layer of aggregate made of polystyrene concrete or similar composite material (see RU 0018282 U1, E 04 B 2/26, 2001) .
With the simplicity of this solution, there is insufficient stability of the wall layers, which does not provide high strength characteristics.
The invention is aimed at creating a strong and stable monolithic wall with good heat-shielding properties with technological simplicity of manufacture.
The solution to this problem is provided by the fact that in the multilayer monolithic wall containing the outer and inner walls of the fixed formwork, between which there is a filler layer of polystyrene concrete, according to the invention, in the filler layer with a gap relative to the outer wall of the fixed formwork, there is additionally a frame made of metal profiles that is attached to the inner wall of the fixed formwork and connected to the outer wall of the fixed formwork using flexible connections, while the gap between the frame from metal profiles and the outer wall of the permanent formwork is 0.2-0.5 of the thickness of the filler layer.
Preferably, the walls of the fixed formwork were made of piece or plate structural elements.
The presence of an additional frame made of metal profiles installed with a gap in relation to the outer wall of the fixed formwork, which acts as a supporting element, increases the strength characteristics of a multilayer monolithic wall with technological simplicity of manufacture.
The drawing shows a General view of a multilayer monolithic wall.
2). A multilayer monolithic wall contains the outer and inner walls 1 and 2 of fixed formwork, which can be made of plates, bricks, blocks or similar piece elements, a frame of thin-walled metal profiles 3, which is attached to the inner wall 2 of fixed formwork, for example, by means of anchors 4 and is connected by flexible connections 5 with the outer wall 1 of the fixed formwork, and the filler layer 6 of polystyrene concrete. The frame of metal profiles 3 is placed with a gap δ relative to the outer wall 1 of the fixed formwork, the value of which is 0.2-0.5 of the thickness G of the filler layer (the distance between the outer and inner walls 1 and 2).
The claimed monolithic wall is made as follows.
The outer and inner walls 1 and 2 are installed, stacking piece elements (tiles, panels, plates, bricks, etc.) in a row, they attach to the inner wall 2 a frame of thin-walled metal profiles 3 (for example, by means of anchors 4) and connect it with the outer wall 1 flexible connections 5. The gap between the inner and outer walls 1 and 2 - the interdeck space is filled with polystyrene concrete mortar - a composition containing, for example, the following composition of components, parts by weight:
Cement - 1.0
Expanded polystyrene granules - 9.0
Astringent additive (water glass or PVA) - 0.1
Water - 1.2
The formwork and filling with the polystyrene concrete solution of the interdeck space during the formation of the filler layer 6 from the polystyrene concrete of the multilayer monolithic wall are performed in tiers.
The presence of a gap δ = (0.2-0.5) G between the outer wall 1 and the frame of metal profiles 2 increases the heat-insulating properties of the multilayer monolithic wall without compromising the strength characteristics.
The claimed design can be used for the construction of load-bearing walls of a building with enhanced operational properties.
