Abstract
Description
The invention relates to mining, in particular to the development of tailings of processing plants.
There is a known mechanical open method for the development of tailings using an excavator, loading the extracted sand into vehicles and transporting them outside the tailings to the processing plant (AS 1642016, class 5 E 21 C 41/32, publ. In B.I. 14 , 1991). At the same time, tailing stocks are mined by ledges 5-6 m high in descending order. With this method, gross production of sands is carried out without separation into conditioned (rich) and sub-standard (poor) areas, which leads to a significant dilution of conditioned sands, the extraction of useful components from an enrichment plant is unprofitable. In addition, as a result of excavating the sands of the tailing pit, a quarry depth of up to 30-40 m is formed, which must be reclaimed, which requires significant costs.
1 - валовая выемка песков хвостохранилища, при которой извлекаются как кондиционные, так и некондиционные пески, что приводит к их значительному разубоживанию;
2 - значительные затраты на извлечение полезных компонентов из разубоженных обедненных песков хвостохранилища на обогатительной фабрике;
3 - высокие капитальные затраты на приобретение мощного добычного и транспортного карьерного оборудования;
The disadvantages of the known method for the development of tailings are:
1 - gross excavation of the sands of the tailings pond, at which both conditioned and substandard sands are removed, which leads to their significant dilution;
2 - significant costs for the extraction of useful components from diluted depleted sands of the tailings at the processing plant;
3 - high capital costs for the purchase of powerful mining and transportation equipment;
4 - significant costs for land reclamation after mining tailings.
е. The objective of the invention is to remedy these disadvantages, i.e. cost reduction.
The problem is solved in that in a method for the development of a tailing dump, which includes mechanical mining of the sands of the tailing dump and transporting them to an enrichment plant, characterized in that the sections of the tailing dump are contoured with air-conditioned content of useful components, underground mines are drilled under them, from which bushes of ascending discharge and transport wells, install pipes in them, and in injection wells install perforated pipes, then saturate the water sands of conditioned areas to a quick state, and the resulting pulp under the influence of gravity through transport wells is delivered to the underground pipeline and sent to the processing plant.
1 - некондиционные пески хвостохранилища;
2 - кондиционные участки хвостохранилища;
3 - нагнетательные скважины;
4 - скважины для транспортирования пульпы;
5 - подземные выработки;
6 - буровые камеры;
The method is illustrated in the drawing, where:
1 - substandard sands of the tailings;
2 - conditioned sections of the tailings;
3 - injection wells;
4 - wells for transporting pulp;
5 - underground workings;
6 - drilling chambers;
7 - enclosing rocks.
(5). The method is as follows. The contouring of the conditioned sections of the tailings is carried out with the conditioned content of useful components (2). Under the contoured sections of the tailing dump, there is a system of underground mine workings (5). The location of the underground mine workings is related to the spatial arrangement of the conditioned sections (2) of the tailings. Drilling chambers (6) are equipped under the conditioning sections, from which bundles of ascending wells are drilled. Some wells (3) are designed to inject water into the conditioned section of the tailing pond to thin the sands and transfer them to a quick state, while others (4) are used to transport the resulting pulp to a common transport highway laid in underground mine workings (5).
Drilled wells are cased with pipes, since the rocks through which they are conducted are unstable, weak and require fixing. In injection wells, perforated pipes are installed in the upper part to a height equal to the power of the conditioned section. Injection and transport wells alternate. The resulting pulp flows by gravity down the transport wells down to the horizon of underground workings and extracted conditioned sands by pipeline transport to the processing plant to extract useful components from them.
After working off the conditioned sands, the perforated pipes are removed from the injection wells, the wells are closed, and the resulting space is gradually filled with self-collapsing substandard sands, without causing significant damage to the surface of the tailings.
The general procedure for developing the conditioned areas within the tailing dump is descending. The sequence of development of tailings sites depends on their spatial location both in area and in depth. After mining the reserves of the extraction chamber, the upstream substandard sands of the tailing dump collapse and fill the free space of the chamber. Since the substandard sands of the tailings pond are not put into development and remain at the place of their occurrence, conditions are created for maintaining the general array of the tailings pond without significant disturbances and can be put into operation in the future if the conditions change.
As a result of the application of the proposed method, the selective development of conditioned sections of the tailing pond is carried out, which will allow cost-effective extraction of useful components from the tailings of the processing plant.
