Abstract
Description
The invention relates to light industry, in particular to shoe production, and can be used in various types of shoes having a heel assembled from separate parts.
N 2008778. Known heels, consisting of several sections, fastened together by layers of glue or fasteners, such as nails. In particular, a heel is known, the sections of which are successively bonded to each other with glue. A device for the quick change of the heel heel according to patent N 2008778 is also known.
Known heel according to copyright certificate N 475145, consisting of several sections, where when assembling the heel, the upper section facing the footprint of the shoe has a groove and a split sleeve, the lower section facing the heel is a protrusion and a fixing pin included in the split sleeve of the upper section and the intermediate section is the protrusion included in the groove of the upper section, the groove under the protrusion of the lower and the hole for the split sleeve of the upper section. Moreover, the mounting pin, protrusions and a split sleeve are made integral with the sections.
The disadvantage of this design is the complexity of manufacturing it, many component sections due to the complexity of their geometric configurations, and also due to the fact that it requires a significant investment of time for its assembly.
Known heel for shoes, consisting of two parts connected in series with each other, the upper fixed part facing the track has a groove in a trapezoidal shape, and the lower part has a protrusion that repeats the shape and dimensions of the upper fixed part for a tight connection (US patent N 4610100, 09.09 .1986).
A disadvantage of the known heel is its low performance.
The technical result is an increase in operational characteristics.
This is achieved by the fact that the ratio of the height of the upper fixed part to the lower movable part is 1: 3 - 1: 4, while locking pins or screws are used to fix the working position and prevent sliding of the lower part.
The upper fixed part is made together with the sole, and the lower part is fixed with a pin passing through the body of the heel parallel to the footprint of the shoe.
The upper part of the heel is connected to the sole by fasteners, and the lower part is fixed from the inside of the shoe with a screw.
The upper part is attached to the sole with glue, and the lower part is fixed with a pin screwed in from the inside parallel to the shoe trace to half the ridge.
The upper fixed part of the heel is made both integrally with the sole, and separately and is attached to the sole either by fasteners (nails, a screw) or glue. The ratio of the height of the upper fixed and lower moving parts 1: 3 - 1: 4 depending on the height of the heel. This ratio helps prevent warping of the lower movable part of the elastic material. With an increase in the height of the heel, especially the female, the thickness of the movable part is selected so that warpage does not occur. The material used for the manufacture of the lower movable part can be used after recycling and rejection as secondary raw materials for the manufacture of a new product. In order to avoid warping, the lower part can be made of rigid plastic of a lower thickness, in order to adhere to the usual printed material on its bottom. In the mass production of shoes, when the upper part of the heel is made with the sole, the current technological process of manufacturing this product is not violated. Provided that the sole and upper part of the heel are made independently of each other, both parts of the heel can be made by the same method and technology. The base material in this case can be dense elastic material from rubber to varieties of plastic. In these cases, the heel can be attached to the sole by gluing the upper part to the sole or by the fastener method. In any solution, the working position of the lower movable part of the heel is fixed by the indicated methods.
Our proposed design can be widely used. Firstly, we have in mind the fact that the “disease” of shoes is the constant erasure of the contacting part of the heel with the road and the inability to achieve its original form during repair. This leads to a violation of the aesthetic appearance of shoes with a fairly good preservation of the “face” and often causes the cessation of use of such shoes by the population. The repair performed on the restoration of the abruptly worn part of the heel by the heel method does not give the desired results both in quality and in appearance when worn further. The design we declare has the ability to make up for this shortcoming by changing the lower part of the heel according to the proposed technology. Further, any person in various circumstances chooses high or low heel shoes. Maybe not even for long-term wear. In such cases, for the majority of the population, the material side in today's high cost becomes very important. Many can not afford to buy shoes specifically for this occasion. In our design, this side of the issue is also solved by replacing the bottom of the heel with another with the required height. And to prevent shoes from slipping, you can change the lower part with factory-made spikes or insert the spike into the replaceable part yourself according to the simple instructions attached to the shoe. This practical possibility of a replaceable part of the heel also removes the problems of manufacturing multi-shaped complex metal devices to prevent slipping of shoes of the above samples, known by some copyright certificates. Thus, the functionality collected in the lower movable part of the heel gives a tangible economic effect while maintaining the aesthetics of the given configuration of the heel.
Examples of specific performance.
In FIG. 1 shows a heel, the
The lower movable part is pushed into the groove of the upper fixed part of the heel and then its working position is fixed by one of the proposed options. A plastic or wooden pin is pushed into the through hole of the heel and cut off exactly at the level of the heel wall and covered with ordinary shoe glue. The reverse process is done by lightly knocking the pin out of the holes. Another option is when a screw of a sufficient diameter of metal or hard plastic is inserted into a pre-made hole from the inside of the shoe, which is half the depth of the crest of the lower part of the heel. The third option is a screw made of rigid plastic of sufficient diameter, which enters the hole in the fixed upper part and is screwed in independently to half the crest of the lower part of the heel.
When installing the spikes on their own to prevent shoes from slipping into the moving part, make a hole and hammer the spike, deepening its hat into the slot made, so as not to interfere with the movement of the runner in the slot.
