Abstract

FIELD: road building; repair and reconstruction of reinforced concrete bridges. SUBSTANCE: bridge structure reinforcement member consists of wire rope coated with layer of grease and protective casing. Reinforcement member has at least two flexible intermediate hoods arranged coaxially relative to wire rope with layer of plastic grease in between. Intermediate hoods can be made in form of tapes wound with overlapping along spiral with relatively opposite angles of winding. Tapes can be made of polyethylene which is sufficiently elastic. Protective casing is provided with drain holes in its lower part. EFFECT: increased service life of structure and facilitated mounting. 5 cl, 3 dwg

Description

 The invention relates to road construction, namely to the strengthening of structures, mainly reinforced concrete, bridges during their repair and reconstruction.
 Known reinforcing element for reinforcing reinforced concrete bridge structures, including a rope with a layer of lubricant and a protective casing [1].
 However, the known reinforcing element is not reliable enough, since when the protective casing is completely filled with grease, the structure becomes heavier and the grease is overused. When the casing is partially filled with grease under the action of alternating loads acting on the spans, as well as due to thermal loads resulting from the deformation of the rope due to temperature differences, the lubricant layer crackes on the rope surface. Between the protective cover and the rope, condensation accumulates. In this case, the rope is corroded and destroyed.
 The lubricant layer must be applied at the place of production, since when applying the lubricant under stationary conditions, it breaks when the rope coagulates.
 This increases the cost of installation and increases the time it takes.
 The technical result, to which this technical solution is directed, is to increase the durability of the structure while facilitating its installation.
 This result is achieved due to the fact that the reinforcing element for reinforcing reinforced concrete bridge structures, including a rope with a lubricant layer and a protective casing, is equipped with at least two elastic intermediate casings placed coaxially relative to the rope, between which a grease layer is placed.
 The intermediate casing is made in the form of tapes wound in a spiral with an overlap. The winding angle of the intermediate casings is made mutually opposite. The protective casing is made with drainage holes. The drainage holes of the protective casing are located in the lower part of the casing.
 The invention is illustrated by drawings, where in FIG. 1 shows the proposed device, in FIG. 2, 3, respectively - sections along A-A, BB.
 The reinforcing reinforcing element of reinforced concrete bridge structures includes a rope 1 with a lubricant layer 2, a protective casing 3. The reinforcing element is provided with at least two elastic intermediate casings 4, 5 placed coaxially relative to the rope, between which a grease layer 6 is placed.
 The intermediate casing 4, 5 can be made in the form of tapes wound in a spiral with an overlap, the winding angle of which is made mutually opposite. Tapes can be made of polyethylene, which is quite flexible. As a grease cannon grease can be used (GOST 19537-83).
 The protective casing 3 is made with drainage holes 7. The drainage holes of the protective casing are located in the lower part of the casing.
 The reinforcing element is mounted as follows.
 In stationary conditions, a rope of the required length is prepared. The rope is coated with a uniform layer of grease. Produce a spiral winding with an overlap on the rope of a tape, for example polyethylene, which forms the first protective casing 4. Then a layer 6 of grease is applied. A second spiral winding is carried out with an overlap on the tape rope, which forms the second protective casing 5. Then, with the flexible elements 8, for example, wire, the protective casing is fixed on the rope. Fixing is carried out in increments of 0.5-1 meters. The rope 1, together with the intermediate casings 4, 5 fixed on it, is placed in the protective casing 3 and devices for sealing the ends of the reinforcement (not shown) are installed.
 The reinforcing element is rolled up and transported to the installation site. At the installation site, it is deployed and one side is fixed to an element of a reinforced concrete structure. The reinforcement element is tensioned and the other end of the reinforcement is subsequently fixed.
 When the element is operated under alternating loads acting on spans, as well as due to thermal loads resulting from the deformation of the rope due to temperature differences, each of the elastic intermediate casings can move limitedly relative to the rope and each other through the lubricant layer and due to their elasticity. In this case, there is no cracking of the lubricant layer on the surface of the rope. Between the protective casing and the intermediate casing, condensation does not accumulate, as it is removed through the drainage holes. In this case, the rope is protected by two layers of lubricant (between the intermediate casings and between the intermediate casing and the rope), which ensures sufficient corrosion resistance of the rope.
 At the same time, a lubricant layer protects the intermediate casings against aging and drying out.
Thus, this technical solution will allow:
- provide sufficient corrosion resistance of the reinforcing element;
- to produce a reinforcing element in stationary conditions, which reduces the cost of installation and accelerates the time of its implementation.

Claims (5)

 1. A reinforcing element for reinforcing bridge structures, including a rope with a lubricant layer and protective skin x, characterized in that it is equipped with at least two elastic intermediate casings placed coaxially relative to the rope, between which a grease layer is placed.
 2. The reinforcing element for reinforcing bridge structures according to claim 1, characterized in that the intermediate casing is made in the form of tapes wound in a spiral with an overlap.
 3. The reinforcing element for reinforcing bridge structures according to claim 2, characterized in that the winding angle of the intermediate casings is mutually opposite.
 4. The reinforcing element for reinforcing bridge structures according to claim 1, characterized in that the protective casing is made with drainage holes.
 5. The reinforcing element for reinforcing bridge structures according to claim 4, characterized in that the drainage holes of the protective casing are located in the lower part of the casing.
