Изобретение относится к области научно-практической медицины и может быть использовано при лечении психосоматических заболеваний человека, в частности артериальной гипертензии, язвенной болезни желудка и 12-перстной кишки, неврозов, для снятия синдрома хронической усталости, состояния психоэмоционального напряжения после психических и физических нагрузок, а также для исследовательских целей. Известны многочисленные способы и устройства для лекарственной терапии, физиотерапии психосоматических заболеваний. Недостатком известных способов и устройств является то, что каждый из них либо специфичен для отдельных видов психосоматических заболеваний, а не для группы в целом, либо не дает эффекта для пациентов с устойчивыми к терапевтическим воздействиям формами заболеваний. After examination and exclusion of symptomatic hypertension, the diagnosis was made: hypertension II tbsp. mixed form. Blood pressure ranges from 170/100 to 220/110 mm Hg, frequent crises during unfavorable heliogeophysical periods with emergency call 2-3 times a week. The patient is assigned to a stable form of the disease, because treatment with sedatives and antihypertensive drugs did not give a positive effect. A course of 5 procedures in a mirrored installation of a spiral shape with the right-hand side of the spiral did not work. With the continuation of the course, a hypotensive effect was noted in the installation with the left spiral path. Blood pressure decreased to a level of 160/100 - 150/90 mm Hg. The antihypertensive effect increased with the additional rotation of the unit clockwise. Blood pressure stabilized at 140/80 mm Hg. Art., overall health has improved, headaches have decreased, sleep has improved, and heliometeo dependence has also decreased. After 2 months after the completion of a course of 10 procedures, a stable stabilization of blood pressure was observed (140/80 - 150/90 mm Hg). Reducing the number of crisis conditions, reducing the dosage of antihypertensive drugs from 6 tablets per day to 1/2 tablet every other day.

Химиофизиотерапевтическое лечение к стойким ремиссиям не приводило. После очередного, плохо купируемого обострения назначено обследование, подтвердившее наличие язвенных поверхностей размером 2,5х1,5 см в области малой кривизны желудка и 1,5х1,0 в области луковицы 12-ти-перстной кишки. Больной отнесен к категории с устойчивой формой заболевания. После 4-х сеансов во вращающейся против часовой стрелки вертикальной установке с левым ходом спирали отмечено уменьшение болевого синдрома. Эффект возрос при вращении установки против часовой стрелки. После 8 сеансов при повторной фиброгастроскопии (ФГС) в области малой кривизны на месте язвы определялось пятно гиперемированной слизистой оболочки размеров 1,0х1,0 см; на слизистой луковицы 12-ти-перстной кишки дефектов не обнаружено. При ФГС через 2 месяца после окончания курса лечения видимых дефектов слизистой оболочки не отмечено. Болевой синдром и другие жалобы пациента отсутствовали; химио- и физиотерапевтические средства не использовались. Example 3. The patient is assigned to the category with a stable form of the disease. After 4 sessions in a counterclockwise rotating vertical installation with a left-handed spiral, a decrease in pain was noted. The effect increased when the unit was rotated counterclockwise. After 8 sessions with repeated fibrogastroscopy (FGS) in the area of lesser curvature, a spot of hyperemic mucous membrane 1.0 × 1.0 cm in size was determined at the site of the ulcer; on the mucosa of the bulb of the duodenum 12 no defects were found. With FGS, 2 months after the end of the course of treatment, no visible mucosal defects were noted. Pain and other complaints of the patient were absent; chemo and physiotherapeutic agents were not used.
