Abstract
Description
The invention relates to geophysics, in particular to methods for determining the size of the components of the clastic fraction, medium and large geoblocks and plates of the earth's crust.
An analogue containing information on determining the dimensions of the components of the earth's crust was not found.
The objective of the invention is to increase information about the structure and condition of the lithosphere of the Earth.
The essence of the invention is to develop a set of operations to determine the size of the natural components of the Earth's lithosphere by the parameters of their photon emission in the radio range.
rоб.расч - расчетный радиус объекта (блока);
- длина волны регистрируемого фотона (C - скорость света в вакууме, νреч - частота регистрируемого фотона);
The novelty is that for the first time an experimental non-contact method was found for determining the sizes of geoblocks in natural conditions. The method is carried out using a portable device, a photon emission meter, including a registrar and an antenna, designed to register electromagnetic waves in a wide frequency range. The method for determining the hierarchical series of sizes of the components of the Earth's lithosphere is performed in the following sequence. First, along the maps of geological sections of the mine field, cracks and sections crossing rocks are studied. Then examine their famous block structure. After that, choose a mine working through blocks with the greatest variety of sizes. Further, by means of visual studies and measurements, the distances between cracks, gaps and sizes of known blocks are determined. After that, the position of the geoblocks relative to the mine working through them is studied. Research results are systematized in the form of tables and diagrams. Then register photon emission along the mine at the lowest frequency, for example 2 • 10 4 Hz, 3 • 10 4 Hz, 5 • 10 4 Hz (6 • 10 3 m), find the site of generation with the highest radiation activity and determine its length by measurements along the mine (as the length of the active site). The experiments are repeated several times. Then, the intensity of photon emission is recorded at other sites, for example, 2 • 10 4 Hz, 3 • 10 4 Hz and 5 • 10 4 Hz (6 • 10 3 m). The radii of the blocks are determined by the formula
Where
r rev.calc - the estimated radius of the object (block);
is the wavelength of the detected photon (C is the speed of light in vacuum, ν speech is the frequency of the detected photon);
860 is a constant value.
The experimental and calculated sizes of the most geometrically compact blocks whose centers approximately coincide with the axis of the mine are shown in the table.
The method is carried out using a photon emission meter made to record electromagnetic waves in the radio range. The meter consists of an antenna, an RF cable and a recorder. The electrical parameters of the antenna, the RF cable and the input part of the recorder are matched for the registration of photons in the reference frequency range 5 • 10 3 Hz, 1 • 10 4 Hz, 2 • 10 4 Hz, 3 • 10 4 Hz, 5 • 10 4 Hz and 1 • 10 5 Hz.
The economic effect is social, which consists in increasing the scientific level of applied sciences and the safety of mining operations.
