Abstract
Description
The invention relates to compositions of solid rocket fuels, which can be used for missile systems for national purposes, used to combat hail and thunderstorms, stimulate and intensify precipitation, disperse clouds and fogs.
А. 1973). Currently, in existing missile defense systems of anti-hail protection (Alazan and others), active smoke bombs (ShADs) are used in the missile head, which are a charge of a pyrotechnic composition and consisting of a solid oxidizer (ammonium perchlorate, ammonium nitrate, potassium, etc.) , fuel (natural and synthetic polymers), an ice-forming component (iodides and iodates of lead or silver), an iodinating component (ammonium iodide, iodoform, etc.) (Shidlovsky A.A. Fundamentals of pyrotechnics. -M.: Mechanical Engineering, 1973).
Known pyrotechnic ice-forming composition according to US patent N 3802971, CL C 06
The disadvantages of the pyrotechnic composition include the great complexity of manufacturing charges from them, low energy characteristics. Anti-hail rockets based on pieces of active smoke from pyrotechnic compositions have a small payload mass coefficient due to the lack of unitarity of loading, low efficiency and flight range.
An object of the invention is to develop a composition of ballistic rocket-type ice-forming solid fuel, the existing processing technology of which allows to produce unitary charges of solid fuel for anti-hail rockets from it with high performance, performing simultaneously two functions - a generator of active crystallization centers (ACC) of supercooled cloud droplets and an energy source for rocket movement. This composition allows you to increase the value of the mass coefficient of the payload and increase the efficiency and range of the rocket. To ensure the efficiency of such fuel, one should have a specific thrust impulse of at least 190 kgf • s / kg and an output of active crystallization centers in the combustion products at a temperature of minus 10 o C of at least 5 • 10 12 1 / g.

The composition is prepared as follows.
Water is poured into the mixer and nitrocellulose, industrial oil pre-mixed with zinc stearate, industrial carbon, copper iodate, iron oxide, silver iodide, glycerol trinitrate or its mixture with diethylene glycol dinitrate, pre-mixed with centralite (diphenylamine) are successively charged. After entering all the components, stirring is performed for at least 20 minutes. After mixing, the resulting composition is squeezed from water in a centrifuge or other squeezing apparatus. The pressed composition is rolled on horizontal rollers at a temperature of 85.5 o C in the canvas or granules. The resulting fabric or granules are pressed on a hydraulic press or screw press at a temperature of 70-90 o C in charges of a given size.
