Description

 The invention relates to medicine and can be used in cosmetology.

 A known method in which a cosmetic eye mask is used to prevent wrinkles [1] An electronic circuit is mounted in the mask, which has two electrodes that are applied to the muscles around the eyes. The circuit generates peaks or spiky current pulses that accelerate blood circulation and enhance metabolism.

 The disadvantage of this method is low efficiency due to the lack of stimulation of all the muscles of the face and neck, and also due to the lack of electrodes of a special curved shape and current pulses from a multichannel generator, causing muscle contraction.

 Closest to the proposed invention is a method of rejuvenating the face and neck [2] The method consists in the fact that a current is passed between the electrodes applied to the skin.

 The disadvantage of this method is the impossibility of an effective effect on the muscles of the entire face and neck, which would allow in a short time to strengthen all these muscles, form the correct oval of the face, eliminate swelling on the face, thin and tighten subcutaneous tissue, increase turgor and elasticity of the skin of the face and neck, smooth wrinkles.

 The basis of the invention is the task to develop a method of stimulating the muscles of the face and neck, in which the face and neck are rejuvenated quickly and efficiently by strengthening muscle tone, forming a normal face contour, eliminating the saggy and pasty cheeks, chin and neck, while increasing skin turgor and smoothing wrinkles.

 The problem is solved in that a method is proposed that includes passing an electric current through the electrodes, stimulating simultaneously all the muscles of the face and neck with a pulsed modulated current from a multichannel stimulator in group mode, for which the face and neck are divided into procedural fields, each of which covers a group of nearby facial muscles and necks, together with their motor points, apply a gel conductive elastic adhesive nourishing mask to the face and neck, on which electrodes made curly in shape are fixed in pairs procedural fields, each field procedural connected through electrodes to the corresponding channel of multi-channel stimulator.

 The invention is illustrated by the drawing, which shows a diagram of the location of the electrodes during multichannel neuromuscular stimulation of the muscles of the face and neck, side view, where 1-8 numbers of the treatment fields.

 The method is as follows.

 Procedural fields 1 and 2 are located in the eye area on the left and on the right, anfac: one figured electrode is fixed with its upper edge on the upper eyelid, the middle part covers the temple area and the motor point of the circular muscle of the eye, and the lower edge covers the lower part of the circular muscle of the eye, reaching projection of the lacrimal sac; the second oval shaped electrode is mounted over the projection of the output of the upper branch of the facial nerve in front of the tragus of the ear.

 Procedural fields 3 and 4 in the area of the middle part of the face on the left and on the right full face: one curly shaped circular electrode is mounted above the projection of the upper jaw and the motor point of the zygomatic muscle; the second curly electrode is attached over the projections of the motor points of the circular muscle of the mouth.

 Procedural fields 5 and 6 in the region of the upper part of the neck left and right: one elongated shaped electrode is fixed along the lower edge of the lower jaw, capturing the motor points of the muscles of the bottom of the oral cavity; the second shaped electrode is mounted in the center of the lateral part of the neck surface across the course of the muscles, capturing their motor points.

 Procedural field 7 in the area of the chin and base of the neck from the back: one curly electrode of a round shape is attached under the chin, capturing the motor points of the biceps muscle; a second shaped electrode with a tissue pad is mounted in the upper thoracic spine.

 Procedural field 8 in the forehead: two long curly electrodes are mounted parallel to each other at a distance of about 1 cm on the forehead, retreating slightly from the trigeminal exit sites.

 The connection mode of the multi-channel device of the pulse generator is stimulating (alternating bursts and pauses). The method of connecting the channels of the device to the group procedural fields, in which the antiphase operation of the channels corresponds to the work of symmetric groups of muscles of the face and neck on the left and right. If the first four channels (1-4) of the device operate in antiphase to the following four (5-8) channels of the device, then 1-8 procedural fields are connected to all eight channels of the device, respectively.  Before installing the electrodes in the treatment fields, a conductive elastic adhesive nutritional mask is applied to the face and neck. The composition of such a mask can be different and contain, for example, edible gelatin, medical glycerin, honey, distilled water, propolis tincture, fir balm, table salt, furatsilin, etc. The mask may additionally include vitamins, juices, biostimulants and other substances that contribute to the rejuvenation and health of the skin.

 Such a mask is used primarily as a means for attaching electrodes and at the same time as a means for biostimulating the metabolism of the skin. The mask is applied to the face and neck with a thin continuous layer. This allows you to mount the shaped electrodes on any part of the face and neck and leave them there for a long period (up to several days), since maceration, inflammation or damage to the skin does not occur under such a mask. The composition of the mask makes it permeable to moisture and does not cause accumulation of sweat under the film, gives it bactericidal properties.

 The composition of the gel mask is pre-assembled and stored in briquettes in sterilized bags. Before use, it is melted and applied in a thin layer on the face and neck, cleansed and greased with a nourishing cream. The mask quickly hardens in the form of an elastic film. The shaped electrodes are also lightly lubricated with the gel mask composition and lay them on top of the frozen mask film on the face and neck. The adhesive properties of such a mask provide reliable retention of the shaped electrodes at the place of their installation on the face and neck, and the conductive properties reliable contact (electrical) with the skin areas over which they are located. The electrode is made of brass with current leads.

 Treatment. Application of the method of multichannel electrical stimulation of the muscles of the face and neck using a gel electrically conductive and nourishing mask.

 A melted warm gel mask was applied to the cleansed face and neck skin lubricated with a nourishing cream. Eight pairs of figured electrodes were pasted onto the mask over the motor points of the facial and neck muscles using the method described.

 Electrical stimulation was performed by low-frequency pulsed currents using a Miorhythm-type device.

 The following muscles were stimulated: frontal, circular eyes and mouth, zygomatic, buccal, double-abdominal, subcutaneous muscle of the neck, sternocleidomastoid, scalen, transverse.

 The operation mode of the device channels is stimulating, the duration of sending a pause of pulses of 16 and 32 s. The procedure time increased in the first three sessions from 5 to 15 minutes.

 The course of treatment is 15 treatments every other day.

 Treatment results: A positive effect was observed after 3-5 procedures: the complexion of the skin improved and the swelling of the lower and upper eyelids decreased, the soft tissues of the face became denser. After 15 procedures, the tone of the muscles of the face and neck increased significantly, which contributed to the formation of the correct oval of the face: cheeks were tightened, double chin decreased, nasolabial folds were somewhat smoothed out. The subcutaneous fat was thickened, the pastiness of the face disappeared and the swelling of the upper and lower eyelids decreased. Eyebrows raised, size of palpebral fissures increased. Skin turgor improved, its gray shade disappeared, changing to dull white. Small wrinkles on the face were smoothed out, and deep ones on the forehead and neck became less pronounced. The circumference of the face and neck decreased by 1.5 cm.

 The general reaction of the body to electrical stimulation of the face: mood improved, a feeling of lightness in the body appeared, performance increased, sleep improved.

 The proposed method can be applied in medical cosmetics, as well as in physiotherapy. The method allows for a very short time to get the effect of rejuvenating the skin of the face and neck. Statistics show that the greatest success is obtained in a group of people under 50 years of age, especially with a loose type of face. Persons after 50-60 years old need repeated courses of electrical stimulation to achieve a good anti-aging effect. In addition, multichannel electrical stimulation of the face and neck has a positive general health effect on the body. This is manifested in the form of a sedative sedative effect, relieving mental tension, fatigue, headaches. Cases of improvement in health status in chronic inflammatory diseases of the maxillary and frontal sinuses, periodontal disease, laryngitis, pharyngitis, improvement of muscle tone in facial neuritis, the disappearance of pain in trigeminal neuralgia and other diseases have been noted.
