Claims (32)
1. Способ образования сшитого электронно-активного гидрофильного сополимера, включающий следующие стадии:
предоставление раствора сомономеров, содержащего по меньшей мере один гидрофобный мономер, по меньшей мере один гидрофильный мономер, воду, по меньшей мере одну аминокислоту и по меньшей мере один сшивающий агент, и
полимеризация данного раствора сомономеров.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором по меньшей мере одна аминокислота выбрана из фенилаланина, триптофана, гистидина, этилендиаминтетрауксусной кислоты (EDTA) и тирозина или их комбинации.
3. Способ по п. 2, в котором по меньшей мере одна аминокислота выбрана из фенилаланина и триптофана или их комбинации.
4. Способ по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором по меньшей мере один гидрофильный мономер выбран из метакриловой кислоты, 2-гидроксиэтилметакрилата, этилакрилата, винилпирролидона, метилового эфира акриловой кислоты, монометакрилоилоксиэтилфталата, сульфатоэтилметакрилата аммония, поливинилового спирта или их комбинации.
5. Способ по п. 4, в котором по меньшей мере один гидрофильный мономер выбран из винилпирролидона и гидроксиэтилметакрилата или их комбинации.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 1-5, в котором по меньшей мере один гидрофобный мономер выбран из метилметакрилата, аллилметакрилата, акрилонитрила, метакрилоксипропилтрис(триметилсилокси)силана, 2,2,2-трифторэтилметакрилата или их комбинации.
7. Способ по п. 6, в котором по меньшей мере один гидрофобный мономер выбран из акрилонитрила и метилметакрилата или их комбинации.
8. Способ по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором сшивающий агент представляет собой аллилметакрилат или этиленгликольдиметакрилат.
9. Способ по любому из пп. 1-8, в котором как сшивающий агент, так и гидрофобный мономер представляет собой аллилметакрилат.
10. Способ по любому из пп. 1-9, в котором стадию полимеризации проводят посредством теплового, УФ (ультрафиолетовое) или гамма-излучения.
11. Способ по п. 10, в котором стадию полимеризации проводят посредством УФ- или гамма-излучения.
12. Способ по любому из пп. 1-11, в котором раствор сомономеров дополнительно содержит инициатор полимеризации.
13. Способ по п. 12, в котором инициатор полимеризации представляет собой азобисизобутиронитрил или 2-гидрокси-2-метилприофенон.
14. Способ по любому из пп. 1-13, в котором раствор сомономеров получают посредством добавления аминокислоты в форме твердого вещества к по меньшей мере одному из остальных компонентов раствора сомономеров.
15. Способ по любому из пп. 1-14, в котором раствор сомономеров получают посредством:
а. смешивания по меньшей мере одного гидрофобного мономера и по меньшей мере одного гидрофильного мономера в воде с образованием промежуточного раствора; и
б. добавления по меньшей мере одной аминокислоты и сшивающего агента к промежуточному раствору с образованием раствора сомономеров.
16. Способ по любому из пп. 1-15, дополнительно включающий стадию гидратации сополимера после полимеризации.
17. Способ по любому из пп. 1-16, в котором сополимер хранится в течение по меньшей мере 7 суток после гидратации.
18. Способ по п. 16, в котором сополимер гидратируется таким образом, что гидратированный сополимер содержит по меньшей мере 10 мас. % воды от общей массы гидратированного сополимера.
19. Гомогенный, изотропный, электронно-активный, гидрофильный сополимер, получаемый способом по любому из пп. 1-18.
20. Раствор сомономеров, содержащий по меньшей мере один гидрофобный мономер, по меньшей мере один гидрофильный мономер, воду, по меньшей мере одну аминокислоту и по меньшей мере один сшивающий агент.
21. Раствор сомономеров по п. 20, имеющий любую из дополнительных характеристик по пп. 2-9 или 12-13.
22. Биосовместимое медицинское устройство, содержащее сополимер по п. 19.
23. Гибкое биосовместимое устройство, контактирующее с нервами, содержащее сополимер по п. 19.
24. Кохлеарный имплантат, содержащий сополимер по п. 19.
25. Электрод искусственного водителя ритма, содержащий сополимер по п. 19.
26. Биосовместимое медицинское устройство, содержащее суперконденсатор, где суперконденсатор содержит два электрода и сополимер по п. 19, расположенный между ними.
27. Биосовместимое медицинское устройство по п. 26, где устройство представляет собой устройство, контактирующее с нервами, кохлеарный имплантат или искусственный водитель ритма.
28. Биосовместимая сенсорная система, содержащая сополимер по п. 19 с химическим компонентом, диспергированным по всей его структуре, где указанный химический компонент способен выявлять конкретное соединение.
