Claims (14)
1. Способ обработки по меньшей мере одного волокна карбида кремния, причем способ включает по меньшей мере следующие стадии
a) контактирование по меньшей мере одного волокна карбида кремния, имеющего содержание кислорода меньше или равное 1 ат.%, с окислительной средой в течение периода больше или равного 1 мин при температуре обработки больше или равной 600°C, чтобы химически изменить поверхность волокна и образовать поверхностный слой оксида кремния,
b) удаление полученного слоя оксида кремния, приводя волокно, полученное на стадии a), в контакт с кислой жидкой средой, содержащей по меньшей мере фтористоводородную кислоту, и
c) осаждение межфазного слоя на поверхность волокна, полученного на стадии b).
2. Способ по п. 1, причем температура обработки на стадии a) лежит в диапазоне от 600°C до 1000°C.
3. Способ по п. 2, причем температура обработки на стадии a) лежит в диапазоне от 900°C до 1000°C.
4. Способ по п. 1, причем волокно обрабатывается на стадии a) воздухом и/или водяным паром.
5. Способ по п. 1, причем кислая жидкая среда содержит смесь фтористоводородной кислоты и азотной кислоты.
6. Способ по п. 1, причем межфазный слой является слоем нитрида бора или пироуглерода.
7. Способ по п. 1, причем обработка осуществляется на множестве волокон карбида кремния, каждое из которых имеет содержание кислорода меньше или равное 1 ат.%.
8. Способ изготовления волоконной преформы, включающий по меньшей мере стадию обработки множества волокон карбида кремния способом по п. 7 и стадию получения волоконной преформы путем осуществления одной или более текстильных операций на множестве обработанных таким способом волокон.
9. Способ изготовления волоконной преформы, включающий по меньшей мере стадию получения волоконной преформы путем осуществления одной или более текстильных операций на множестве волокон карбида кремния, каждое из которых имеет содержание кислорода меньше или равное 1 ат.%, и этап обработки указанного множества волокон после получения преформы способом по п. 7.
10. Способ изготовления композитной детали, включающий по меньшей мере стадию изготовления волоконной преформы путем осуществления способа по п. 8 с последующей стадией образования по меньшей мере одной матричной фазы углерода или керамического материала, чтобы уплотнить указанную волоконную преформу.
11. Способ по п. 10, причем композитная деталь является лопаткой турбинного двигателя.
