Claims (19)

1. Соединение с формулой III:
R1-CH2-X1-R5 (III)
,в которой:
R1 представляет собой -NH2, -NHR6, -NR6R7 -N+R6R7R8 или -S+R9R10;
R5 представляет собой -C(O)R12, -SO2R13, -P(O)R14R15, нитро или нитрозо;
R6, R7, R8, R9 и R10 представляют собой независимо (C1-C4)алкил или гало(C1-C4)алкил; или R6 и R7 вместе с атомом N, к которому они присоединены, образуют азиридинильную, азетидинильную, пирролидинильную, пиперидинильную или пирролильную группу;
R12, R13, R14 и R15 независимо гидроксил -O-(C1-C4)алкил или -(C1-C4)алкил; и
Х1 представляет собой транс циклогексан-1,4-диил;
при условии, что R1 не является NH2, когда R2 представляет собой COOH, или его фармацевтически приемлемые соли.
2. Соединение по п.1, с формулой IIIа:
R9R10S+-CH2-X-R5 (IIIa)
или его фармацевтически приемлемые соли.
3. Соединение по п.1, с формулой IIIb:
R9R10S+-CH2-X1-C(O)R12 (IIIb)
или его фармацевтически приемлемые соли.
4. Соединение по п.1, в котором R12 является гидроксилом или -O-(C1-C4)алкилом, или его фармацевтически приемлемая соль.
5. Соединение по п.4, в котором R12 является гидроксилом, или его фармацевтически приемлемые соли.
6. Соединение по любому из пп.1-4, в котором R9 и R10 представляют собой независимо (C1-C2)алкил или гало(C1-C2)алкил, или его фармацевтически приемлемые соли.
7. Соединение по п.6, в котором и R9, и R10 представляют собой метил, или его фармацевтически приемлемые соли.
