Claims (6)

1. Система автоматизированного централизованного учета и контроля оплаты услуг платных парковок владельцами транспортных средств (ТС), включающая по меньшей мере одно идентификационное устройство и по меньшей мере один центр учета, обработки и хранения информации, связанные между собой средствами беспроводной передачи данных, при этом идентификационное устройство включает приемник ГЛОНАСС/GPS сигналов, блок определения координат ТС, блок памяти и устройство беспроводной передачи данных, объединенные в едином корпусе, стационарно установленном на ТС; центр учета, обработки и хранения информации включает модуль 1 определения места и параметров парковки ТС по координатам, модуль 2 вычисления времени и стоимости стоянки ТС на платной парковке, модуль 3 обработки и учета оплаты услуг платных парковок, а также обновляемую базу данных платных парковок и базу данных о владельцах ТС.1.
