Способ получения дротаверина гидрохлорида, по которому осуществляют последовательные операции по получению диэтоксифенилацетонитрила из ортодиэтоксибензола, диэтоксифенилуксусной кислоты и диэтоксифениламина, этоксиамида, технического и фармакопейного дротаверина гидрохлорида, при получении технического дротаверина гидрохлорида осуществляют циклизацию этоксиамида хлорокисью фосфора в среде трихлорэтилена с последующей фильтрацией и кристаллизацией.1.
