Claims (58)

1. Composition for wound care, capable of distribution, which is distributed at the site of the wound dressing, wherein said wound dressing includes:
a protective layer having an upper surface and a lower surface, otherwise referred to as a protective sheet, with two surfaces, and defining a perimeter configured to be placed on top of the skin surrounding the wound area;
optional wound contact layer;
one or more transmission layers directly or indirectly adjacent to the lower surface of the protective layer, or configured to be placed under the protective layer or placed close to or on one side of one surface of the protective sheet,
or placed between the protective layer and the layer in contact with the wound, if any; and
a port configured to transmit negative pressure through the protective layer to apply local negative pressure to the wound area;
where the part of the dressing directly including the transmitting layer is removed to create the main part of the wound dressing with one or more exposed parts, where the transmitting layer is exposed in its part,
wherein said exposed portion (s) is a place as described above, and the distributed composition seals the exposed portion (s).
2. The composition according to p. 1, characterized in that it is distributed in the exposed part and, optionally, additionally on it.
3. The composition according to p. 1 or 2, characterized in that it is distributed directly to the exposed part through its exposed surface, or indirectly through a protective layer or protective sheet, or through an optional layer in contact with the wound, thus penetrating from the inside into the exposed part, in this case, preferably, the place is essentially inside the transmission layer or enclosed within it in the exposed part, more preferably distributed by multipoint injection at intervals on the exposed surface, n example, through the gaps between the partitions of the separation layer.
4. The composition according to p. 1 or 2, characterized in that the wound dressing contains one or more exposed parts obtained by removing part of the wound dressing along at least one cut part to obtain the main part of the wound dressing with the specified one or more exposed parts .
5. The composition according to p. 1 or 2, characterized in that the sealing of the wound dressing is carried out before receiving the main part of the wound dressing and before distribution of the composition or is carried out after receiving the main part of the wound dressing and before or after distribution of the composition.
6. The composition according to p. 1 or 2, characterized in that the dressing contains one or more ports and that the dressing contains many cells or areas separated by one or more cut parts.
7. The composition according to p. 6, characterized in that the plurality of cells forms a plurality of repeated negative pressure therapy modules.
8. The composition according to p. 7, characterized in that one or more modules can be removed, and the removed modules are then used to provide negative pressure in the wound area, or one or more modules can be removed, and the remaining module (s) -i) then used to provide negative pressure in the wound area.
9. The composition according to any one of paragraphs. 1, 2, 7 and 8, characterized in that the transfer layer contains one or more parts in the form of a bridge having a smaller size or a different material structure than adjacent parts of the transfer layer to remove part of the wound dressing along at least one of one or more parts in the form of a jumper to obtain the main part of the wound dressing with the specified one or more exposed parts.
10. The composition according to p. 7 or 8, characterized in that the dressing contains many ports configured to transmit negative pressure through the protective layer, each port corresponding to a separate negative pressure module.
11. The composition according to any one of paragraphs. 1, 2, 7 and 8, characterized in that the exposed trimmed part or part in the form of a bridge contains a layer (s) of material that does not undergo or essentially does not undergo changes in compressibility under the influence of negative pressure, i.e. is stable or substantially resistant to compression caused by negative pressure, or which undergoes substantially the same or less compression than the sealant composition when subjected to negative pressure, i.e. is substantially the same or less resistant to compression caused by negative pressure than the sealant composition.
12. The composition according to any one of paragraphs. 1, 2, 7 and 8, characterized in that one or more of the cut parts contains a material that is essentially resistant to negative pressure, preferably, the part (s) in the form of a jumper has a height (s), which is essentially does not change when exposed to negative pressure, preferably has a height that decreases when exposed to negative pressure by 10% or less, more preferably 8%, most preferably 5%.

The composition according to any one of paragraphs. 1, 2, 7, and 8, characterized in that it is a curable system selected from a one-component or multicomponent curable composition, for example, silicone curable systems, which may be one-, two-, or multicomponent silicone systems and may include a number of mechanisms curing, epoxy curing systems, cyanoacrylate curing systems, polyurethane curing systems, polymer systems functionalized by functional groups bonding silicone chains pami, a polymer system functionalized with functional groups responsible for curing the polyurethane, a drying system, such as an elastomer, liquid in the presence of a volatile solvent, a spray based on elastomers, such as acrylic in water or a non-aqueous solvent, UV curable systems or light.

The composition according to any one of paragraphs. 1, 2, 7 and 8, characterized in that it is a non-curing system selected from a single or multicomponent system, for example, mastic, a jelly-like mass, such as petroleum jelly, lubricants, such as silicone grease, gel, such as hydrogel, organogel or xerogel, paste, a colloidal system such as a hydrocolloid.
15. The composition according to any one of paragraphs. 1, 2, 7, and 8, characterized in that it is selected from curable silicone systems, including RTV-2 silicone curing systems.
16. The composition according to any one of paragraphs. 1, 2, 7 and 8, characterized in that it contains distributed between at least one Part A and at least one Part B:
one or more polymers containing an alkenyl group (i) having at least one alkenyl group or fragment per molecule,
one or more SiH-containing polymers (ii) having at least one Si — H unit per molecule;
a curing catalyst (iii) by adding an alkenyl-containing polymer (i) to a SiH-containing polymer (ii);
wherein the composition optionally expands and cures into an elastomer that is impervious to liquids on its exposed surface.
17. The composition according to any one of paragraphs. 1, 2, 7 and 8, characterized in that it is dispensed using a syringe or a static mixer having a nozzle with tips containing a combination of a distribution head and a set of tips.
18. The composition according to any one of paragraphs. 1, 2, 7 and 8, characterized in that it contains Silpuran 2445 ™ or Sipluran 2400 ™, or their equivalent, optionally modified to include a viscosity modifier to increase viscosity.
19. The composition according to any one of paragraphs. 1, 2, 7 and 8, characterized in that it is selected from the group consisting of silicones, including siloxanes and modified siloxanes, polyurethanes (PU), including polyester and polyether urethanes, elastomeric polyester esters, polyglycolic acid, polyacetates, such such as ethyl vinyl acetate, polyacrylate, polyacid derivatives of polysaccharides such as carboxyalkyl cellulose, carboxyalkyl chitosan and their copolymers, as well as their hybrids, including copolymers, bound systems and mixtures thereof.
20. The composition according to any one of paragraphs. 1, 2, 7, and 8 for medical use, in particular, but not exclusively, in a sterile area or environment, including use as, optionally, adhesive or adhesive sealant; and use as an optionally adhesive or adhesive sealant for treating wounds with negative pressure, characterized in that it is adapted for distribution to form an elastomer capable of withstanding negative pressure or being airtight.

26. A device, which is a distribution device, preferably a static mixer, comprising a composition according to any one of paragraphs. 1-23 or equipped with cassettes containing the specified composition.

removing part of the wound dressing to create the main part of the wound dressing with one or more exposed parts;
optional placement of the main part of the wound dressing over the wound and sealing of the main part of the wound dressing on the skin surrounding the wound area,
and distributing the composition, as described above, in a place including one or more exposed parts of the main part of the wound dressing, which provides sealing of the exposed part (s); and
optional application of negative pressure to the wound area through the protective layer of the main part of the wound dressing.
