Способ нефропексии с формированием мышечно-апоневротической петли, включающий обнажение забрюшинного пространства и нижнего полюса почки разрезом длиной 9-10 см в XI межреберье; ревизию почки и ее сосудистой ножки, состояние лоханочно-мочеточникового сегмента, оценку степени подвижности почки и ее ротации вокруг продольной и поперечной осей, отличающийся тем, что выкраивание лоскута длиной до 8 см, шириной до 2,0 см, толщиной до 1,0 см из пояснично-подвздошной мышцы от апоневротической части (если она выражена) до уровня отхождения почечных сосудов и отсечение дистальной части лоскута; прошивание верхней части лоскута нитью на протяжении 2,5-3 см непрерывным швом с перехлестом, по типу обувной шнуровки; выведение концов нитей через верхушку лоскута для дополнительной фиксации лоскута к капсуле почки; формирование «окна» в лоскуте; погружение нижнего конца почки в образованное «окно» как в петлю; фиксацию лоскута к капсуле почки; ушивание ложа мышечного лоскута; дренирование паранефральной клетчатки через отдельный прокол мягких тканей ниже разреза; послойное сшивание раны.A method of nephropexy with the formation of a muscle-aponeurotic loop, including exposure of the retroperitoneal space and the lower pole of the kidney with a section 9-10 cm long in the XI intercostal space; revision of the kidney and its vascular pedicle, condition of the pelvis-ureteric segment, assessment of the degree of mobility of the kidney and its rotation around the longitudinal and transverse axes, characterized in that the flap is cut up to 8 cm long, up to 2.0 cm wide, up to 1.0 cm thick from the lumbar iliac muscle from the aponeurotic part (if it is expressed) to the level of renal vascular discharge and cutting off the distal part of the flap; flashing the upper part of the flap with thread for 2.5-3 cm with a continuous seam with overlap, like shoe lacing; removing the ends of the threads through the top of the flap for additional fixation of the flap to the capsule of the kidney; the formation of the "window" in the flap; immersion of the lower end of the kidney in the formed "window" as in a loop; fixation of the flap to the capsule of the kidney; suturing the bed of a muscle flap; drainage of perirenal fiber through a separate puncture of soft tissues below the incision; staple stitching of the wound.
