Abstract

1. A support for a shoe product, which is a dynamic support, consisting of a moldable element that is deformed, taking the form of a portion of the sole surface of the foot, and retains this shape, while the said dynamic support contains many independently moving particles. A support according to claim 1, wherein said plurality of independently moving particles is suspended in at least one material selected from the group consisting of: flowing materials, oily enhancers, and catalyzed polymers. A support according to claim 1, wherein said plurality of independently moving particles is at least one material selected from the group consisting of: grains, air spheres, polyurethane particles, polypropylene particles, polyvinyl chloride particles, polyethylene particles, elastic rubber particles, solid particles, granules, fibers and threads. 4. A support according to claim 2, wherein said fluid material is a very viscous fluid material containing silicone. A support according to claim 2, wherein said oily enhancer is at least one material selected from the group consisting of: polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and a grease. A support according to claim 1, wherein said dynamic support has at least one shape selected from the group consisting of: a substantially U-shaped, substantially toroidal, and substantially ovoid. A support according to claim 1, further comprising a main support shell comprising a heel portion in which said dynamic support is located on and supported by said main support shell. Claims (20)

1. Support for a shoe, which is a dynamic support, consisting of a moldable element, which is deformed, taking the form of a portion of the plantar surface of the foot, and retains this shape, while the said dynamic support contains many independently moving particles.
2. The support according to claim 1, wherein said plurality of independently moving particles is suspended in at least one material selected from the group consisting of: flowing materials, oily enhancers, and catalyzed polymers.
3. A support according to claim 1, wherein said plurality of independently moving particles is at least one material selected from the group consisting of: grains, air spheres, polyurethane particles, polypropylene particles, polyvinyl chloride particles, polyethylene particles, elastic rubber particles, solid particles, granules, fibers and threads.
4. The support according to claim 2, wherein said fluid material is a very viscous fluid material containing silicone.
5. A support according to claim 2, wherein said oily enhancer is at least one material selected from the group consisting of: polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and a grease.
6. A support according to claim 1, wherein said dynamic support has at least one shape selected from the group consisting of: a substantially U-shaped, substantially toroidal, and substantially ovoid.
7. A support according to claim 1, further comprising a main support shell comprising a heel portion in which said dynamic support is located on and supported by said main support shell.
8. A support according to claim 7, wherein said main support shell is a molded element comprising: a flat part, a curved wall surrounding said flat part, for forming said heel part; and two or more profiled parts located on opposite sides of said flat part.
9. A support according to claim 8, in which said profiled parts include: a supporting part of the medial arch located on one side of said flat part; and a supporting part of the lateral arch located on the opposite side of said flat part.
10. A support according to claim 7, wherein said main support shell is a flexible component by which said dynamic support is supported.
11. A support according to claim 7, wherein said main support shell is a moldable member containing a thermoplastic polymer.
12. The support according to claim 11, wherein said thermoplastic polymer is at least one material selected from the group consisting of: polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyurethane, polypropylene, polyethylene or plastic.
13. A support according to claim 1, further comprising an integral part of the shoe and a lining that covers said integral part of the shoe; wherein said dynamic support is located between said embedded part of the shoe and said lining corresponding in shape to part of said embedded part of the shoe and the sole surface of the foot.
14. A support according to claim 13, wherein said lining comprises a compliant medium.
15. A support according to claim 1, further comprising a permeable medium located around said independently moving particles.
16. A support according to claim 7, further comprising an elastic spacer located between said main shell of the support and said dynamic support in said heel.
17. A support according to claim 13, further comprising an elastic spacer located between said integral part of the shoe and said dynamic support.
18. A shoe support, which is a dynamic support consisting of a moldable element that is deformed to take the form of the sole surface of the foot and retains it, while the said dynamic support contains an element having a substantially U-shape, either gas or liquid placed in it.
19. The support according to claim 1, in which part of the plantar surface of the foot is selected from one or more parts of the group consisting of: the heel, lateral arch, medial arch, metatarsal arch and transverse arch.
20. The support according to claim 18, in which part of the plantar surface of the foot is selected from one or more parts of the group consisting of: the heel, lateral arch, medial arch, metatarsal arch and transverse arch.
