Description

 The invention relates to the alcoholic beverage industry, in particular to the compositions of the ingredients for the bitter tincture of balsam.

 The famous balm "Russian" [1], containing yarrow, St. John's wort, elecampane, birch buds of plants, known in folk medicine as diuretics and choleretic drugs that help reduce salt deposition in the human body.

 The closest in composition of herbs included in it is the balm "AGIDEL" [2], which, in addition to herbs with choleretic and diuretic properties, contains wild rose, which has a tonic and anti-sclerotic effect.

 The disadvantages of these balms are insufficient biological activity and low tonic and healing properties.

 The aim of the invention is to increase the biological activity, tonic and healing properties that contribute to improving metabolism, reducing salt formation in the human body, contributing to the prevention of cardiac, urolithic and cholelithiasis.

The proposed combination of ingredients provides improved cardiac activity, strengthens capillary vessels, lowers blood pressure, cholesterol, improves tone, increases diuretic and choleretic effects.

 As cardiotonic antihypertensive drugs, the extracts of St. John's wort, hawthorn, lovage, adonis, adolescent herbal medicine, knotweed, and shepherd's purse known in folk and traditional medicine are introduced.

 Shepherd's bag, buckwheat, calendula were used as capillary-strengthening agents.

Blood-red hawthorn and wild rose, containing flavonol glycosides, carotene, rutin, vitamins C, K, B _2, tritylamine, tannins, are used as cholesterol lowering agents.

 Herbs of horsetail, St. John's wort, St. John's wort, lovage, shepherd's purse, birch buds, adonis, etc. were introduced as diuretics that help improve metabolism and increase the excretion of uric acid from the body with urine. Diuretics have a positive effect on water-salt metabolism, inhibiting the formation of edema and contribute to their elimination, enhance the excretion of water and salts from the body. In folk medicine, they are used for edema of cardiac and renal origin, in the presence of kidney stones.

 As choleretic drugs in the balm are introduced: elecampane tall, yarrow, immortelle, birch buds and calendula. They help improve metabolic processes in the body, help lower blood cholesterol. Most choleretic are also diuretic.

 As a means of reducing the excitation of the central nervous system, causing a feeling of relaxation and calming, herbs were added to the balm: mistletoe white, hawthorn, adonis (Adonis), medicinal valerian and calendula containing terpenoids, amino acids, carotenoids, sanonins, vitamins and other physiologically active substances.

 The components of the herbs of the mistletoe, lovage, rosehip, valerian and knotweed contribute to an increase in body tone, and the presence of hawthorn fruits in this group gives a strengthening effect. This is due to the presence of flavonoids, terpenoids, tannins and other physiologically active substances in the named ingredients.

 Contribute to the relief of pain antispasmodics - St. John's wort, valerian and calendula.

 As a means of stimulating appetite, elecampane, knotweed and yarrow are introduced into the balm, the latter is used as aromatic bitterness.

 The ingredients in the composition of the composition not only transfer their inherent properties, but also provide a synergistic effect, that is, the biological activity of the combination of ingredients increases the sum of the effects of each of them individually and provides qualitatively new pharmacological properties. Biologically active substances contribute not only to physiological value, but also participate in the formation of organoleptic indicators of balsam.

 The combination of wild herbs, leaves, flowers with rose hips and hawthorn give the composition a peculiar aroma and harmoniously complex taste, which is created due to the fruit’s natural carbohydrates (glucose, fructose, sucrose).

 Before processing, the herbs are crushed to a size of 3-5 mm, the roots and rhizome are not more than 3 mm and the fruits are 0.5 mm.

 The cooking technology is as follows.

 In all three examples, the resulting balm is brown in color, having a rounded complex aroma with light tones of valerian and lovage, a pleasant mild taste, slightly tart and with bitterness.

 Balm can be used as an additive to tea, coffee, mineral water, soft drinks and vodka drinks to give tonic and healing properties, aroma and taste, in the amount of 15-20 ml per 150-200 ml of drink or a glass of vodka.
