Abstract
1. Способ сборки взрывобезопасного клапана для газового контейнера, отличающийся тем, что взрывобезопасный клапан содержит: основной корпус, состоящий из коленчатой вертикальной части, содержащей внутреннее пространство, и горизонтальной части, проходящей в горизонтальном направлении от нижнего конца вертикальной части; и субкорпус, соединенный с основным корпусом с помощью соединительного ребра для расположения параллельно вертикальной части, при этом внутри субкорпус содержит путь потока газа, находящегося под избыточным давлением, для выпуска газа, находящегося под избыточным давлением, при этом нижний конец субкорпуса сконфигурирован для сообщения с горизонтальной частью основного корпуса через впускное отверстие для газа, находящегося под избыточным давлением, расположенное в горизонтальной части, при этом способ сборки включает этапы, на которых:вводят шток клапана в сборе в вертикальную часть основного корпуса;вводят предохранительный клапан в субкорпус;размещают субкорпус таким образом, чтобы центр субкорпуса был расположен на воображаемой линии, которая соединяет центр установочной выемки и центр желобка монтажной крышки;запрессовывают вертикальную часть основного корпуса в фиксирующую выемку монтажной крышки; иприкрепляют монтажную крышку к вертикальной части путем сжатия внешней окружности установочной выемки с помощью обжимных приспособлений, содержащих несколько пневматических рычагов.2.
