Abstract
1. Способ изготовления проппанта с полимерным покрытием, включающий нанесение на гранулы полимерного покрытия из фенолформальдегидной смолы с отвердителем и эпоксидной смолы с отвердителем, отличающийся тем, что перед покрытием гранул готовят раствор фенолформальдегидной смолы с отвердителем, который смешивают с раствором эпоксидной смолы с отвердителем, взятых в соотношении, мас.%:Раствор эпоксидной смолы с отвердителем 20-80Раствор фенолформальдегидной смолы с отвердителем 80-20,причем содержание растворителя в растворе фенолформальдегидной смолы с отвердителем составляет 5-90%.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полимерное покрытие наносят на гранулы в один слой.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что для увеличения адгезии полимерного покрытия к поверхности проппанта, используют добавку в виде силана.1.
