Рентгенорадиометрический способ определения редкоземельных металлов Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy в почвах, включающий набор флуоресцетного спектра почвенного образца, отличающийся тем, что изготавливаем искусственные эталонные образцы с известными концентрациями анализируемых и мешающих элементов для построения градуировочных графиков, при этом интенсивности аналитических Kα1-линий находятся в процедуре деконволюции спектра, которая преодолевает эффект наложения на них β-компонент линий мешающих элементов.
