Abstract
1. Способ отбора проб жидкости из трубопровода, при котором осуществляют размещение в трубопроводе зонда для отбора проб и ориентацию его входа навстречу потоку, зонд соединяют трубкой с краном для ручного отбора пробы или автоматическим пробоотборником, отбор проб в пробоприемник, отличающийся тем, что часть потока жидкости из трубопровода, которую отбирают через зонд, направляют по трубке с установленным на ней регулятором расхода жидкости, выполняющем функцию обратного клапана, при этом в случае, когда трубка имеет параллельное соединение с трубопроводом, регулятор устанавливают на участке трубки по ходу потока в ней на или после места отбора пробы из трубки в пробоприемник, если трубка не имеет параллельного соединения с трубопроводом, то регулятор размещают как можно ближе к входу в зонд, при этом через полость зонда постоянно пропускают часть потока трубопровода. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в случае, если трубка имеет параллельное соединение с трубопроводом, то регулятор располагают как можно ближе к месту отбора пробы из трубки. ! 3. Устройство для отбора проб жидкости из трубопровода включает зонд для отбора проб, устанавливаемый в трубопроводе, последовательно соединенный с трубкой и который ориентирован входным отверстием навстречу потоку в трубопроводе, отличающееся тем, что на трубке с зондом устанавливают регулятор, выполняющий функцию обратного клапана, при этом, если трубка имеет параллельное соединение с трубопроводом, то регулятор устанавливают по ходу потока на участке трубки на или после места отбора пробы в пробоприемник, при этом как можно ближе к месту отбора пробы в проб 1.
