Abstract
1. Клеевая полимерная композиция для экструдирования пленки, содержащая ! a) 50%-95% (мас./мас.), предпочтительно 55%-85% (мас./мас.) полиэтиленового гомо- и/или этиленового сополимера, который представляет собой сополимер этилена с С3-С20 алкеном, где данный полиэтилен характеризуется шириной молярно-массового распределения Mw/Mn в диапазоне от 6 до 30, плотностью в диапазоне от 0,93 до 0,955 г/см3, среднемассовой молярной массой Mw в диапазоне от 20000 г/моль до 500000 г/моль, содержит от 0,01 до 20 СН3/1000 атомов углерода и имеет, по меньшей мере, 0,6 винильной группы/1000 атомов углерода, и ! b) 5%-80% (мас./мас.), предпочтительно 10-60% (мас./мас.), предпочтительно 20-45% (мас./мас.), полярного сополимера этилена, по меньшей мере, с одним сомономером, где данный сомономер выбирают из группы, состоящей из акрилата и акриловой кислоты, ! и где композиция содержит цепи полимера, на которые привили от 0,01% до 10% этиленненасыщенных дикарбоновых кислот и/или дикарбоновых ангидридов при расчете на совокупную массу композиции. ! 2. Композиция по п.1, где, по меньшей мере, на одну долю компонента а) прививают этиленненасыщенные дикарбоновые кислоты и/или дикарбоновые ангидриды, или в случае непроведения прививки, по меньшей мере, на одну долю а) будет присутствовать, по меньшей мере, третий компонент с) в количестве в диапазоне 1%-30% (мас./мас.), где данный компонент с) представляет собой этиленовый гомополимер и/или сополимер этилена с С3-С20 алкеном, который характеризуется шириной молярно-массового распределения Mw/Mn в диапазоне от 6 до 30, плотностью в диапазоне от 0,92 до 0,955 г/см3, среднемассовой молярной массой Mw в диапазоне от 20000 г/моль до 500000 г/моль, содержит от 0,01 до 20 СН3/1000 атомов �
Claims (10)
1. Клеевая полимерная композиция для экструдирования пленки, содержащая
a) 50%-95% (мас./мас.), предпочтительно 55%-85% (мас./мас.) полиэтиленового гомо- и/или этиленового сополимера, который представляет собой сополимер этилена с С3-С20 алкеном, где данный полиэтилен характеризуется шириной молярно-массового распределения Mw/Mn в диапазоне от 6 до 30, плотностью в диапазоне от 0,93 до 0,955 г/см3, среднемассовой молярной массой Mw в диапазоне от 20000 г/моль до 500000 г/моль, содержит от 0,01 до 20 СН3/1000 атомов углерода и имеет, по меньшей мере, 0,6 винильной группы/1000 атомов углерода, и
b) 5%-80% (мас./мас.), предпочтительно 10-60% (мас./мас.), предпочтительно 20-45% (мас./мас.), полярного сополимера этилена, по меньшей мере, с одним сомономером, где данный сомономер выбирают из группы, состоящей из акрилата и акриловой кислоты,
и где композиция содержит цепи полимера, на которые привили от 0,01% до 10% этиленненасыщенных дикарбоновых кислот и/или дикарбоновых ангидридов при расчете на совокупную массу композиции.
2. Композиция по п.1, где, по меньшей мере, на одну долю компонента а) прививают этиленненасыщенные дикарбоновые кислоты и/или дикарбоновые ангидриды, или в случае непроведения прививки, по меньшей мере, на одну долю а) будет присутствовать, по меньшей мере, третий компонент с) в количестве в диапазоне 1%-30% (мас./мас.), где данный компонент с) представляет собой этиленовый гомополимер и/или сополимер этилена с С3-С20 алкеном, который характеризуется шириной молярно-массового распределения Mw/Mn в диапазоне от 6 до 30, плотностью в диапазоне от 0,92 до 0,955 г/см3, среднемассовой молярной массой Mw в диапазоне от 20000 г/моль до 500000 г/моль, содержит от 0,01 до 20 СН3/1000 атомов углерода, отличается от а) и подвергается прививке этиленненасыщенными дикарбоновыми кислотами и/или дикарбоновыми ангидридами и предпочтительно имеет z-среднюю молекулярную массу Mz, меньшую, чем 1 млн. г/моль.
3. Композиция по п.1, где компонент b) представляет собой по существу бинарный сополимер этилена и, по меньшей мере, одного алкилакрилата, где алкилом является C1-С10 алкил, и предпочтительно где компонент b) характеризуется значением MFI(190/2,16 кг) в диапазоне от 1 до 3 г/10 мин, предпочтительно от 1,2 до 2,5 г/10 мин.
4. Композиция по п.1, где компонент b) представляет собой сополимер, полученный из этилена и н-бутилакрилата.
5. Композиция по п.1, где только на долю компонента а) прививают этиленненасыщенные дикарбоновые кислоты и/или дикарбоновые ангидриды, предпочтительно от 0,05% до 5% таких дикарбоновых кислот и/или ангидридов при расчете на совокупную массу композиции, и где упомянутая привитая доля компонента а) предпочтительно составляет 5%-25% при расчете на совокупную массу композиции.
6. Композиция по п.5, где этиленненасыщенные дикарбоновая кислота и/или дикарбоновый ангидрид представляют собой малеиновую кислоту или малеиновый ангидрид.
7. Пленка, содержащая композицию по любому из пп.1-6.
8. Стальная труба, имеющая многослойное покрытие, содержащее клеевую композицию по пп.1-6 в по меньшей мере одном слое.
9. Стальная труба по п.8, представляющая собой стальную трубу с покрытием, имеющая на внешней поверхности упомянутой трубы многослойное покрытие, где данное покрытие включает внутренний слой смолы толщиной <1 мм, находящийся в контакте со сталью упомянутой внешней поверхности, слой клеевой пленки толщиной <1 мм по п.7 и внешний слой смолы или полимерной пленки >3 мм.
10. Труба с покрытием по п.9, где внутренний слой смолы представляет собой термореактивную эпоксидную смолу, а внешний слой представляет собой термопластичную полимерную пленку.
