Изделие по п.1, состоящее на ≥97 мас.% из MgO и цирконата кальция. !3. Изделие по п.1 с долей MgO>15 мас.%. ! 4. Изделие по п.1 с долей цирконата кальция >30 мас.%. ! 5. Изделие по п.1 с долей MgO между 45 и 65 мас.% и долей цирконата кальция между 35 и 55 мас.%. ! 6. Изделие по п.1 с содержанием Аl2О3<2 мас.%. ! 7. Изделие по п.1 с содержанием SiO2<1 мас.%. ! 8. Изделие по п.1 с открытой пористостью <8 об.%. ! 9. Огнеупорное керамическое формованное изделие с матрицей на основе MgO и долей между 3 и 30 мас.% изделия по одному из пп.1-8. ! 10. Огнеупорное керамическое формованное изделие с долей между 5 и 20 мас.% изделия по одному из пп.1-8. ! 11. Формованное изделие по п.9, состоящее на >95 мас.% из структурных фаз периклаза и цирконата кальция. ! 12. Claims (14)
1. Огнеупорное, образованное из затвердевшего расплава керамическое изделие, состоящее на ≥95 мас.% из MgO и цирконата кальция.
2. Изделие по п.1, состоящее на ≥97 мас.% из MgO и цирконата кальция.
3. Изделие по п.1 с долей MgO>15 мас.%.
4. Изделие по п.1 с долей цирконата кальция >30 мас.%.
5. Изделие по п.1 с долей MgO между 45 и 65 мас.% и долей цирконата кальция между 35 и 55 мас.%.
6. Изделие по п.1 с содержанием Аl2О3<2 мас.%.
7. Изделие по п.1 с содержанием SiO2<1 мас.%.
8. Изделие по п.1 с открытой пористостью <8 об.%.
9. Огнеупорное керамическое формованное изделие с матрицей на основе MgO и долей между 3 и 30 мас.% изделия по одному из пп.1-8.
10. Огнеупорное керамическое формованное изделие с долей между 5 и 20 мас.% изделия по одному из пп.1-8.
11. Формованное изделие по п.9, состоящее на >95 мас.% из структурных фаз периклаза и цирконата кальция.
