Способ кардиопротекции путем направленной доставки в подвергшийся ишемии-реперфузии миокард лекарственного препарата, отличающийся тем, что в качестве носителя лекарственного вещества используют аминированные кремнеземные наночастицы диаметром 10 нм, к которым прививают спейсер, на каждую функциональную группу которого иммобилизируют лекарственный препарат одним из методов: ковалентное связывание, координационно-ионное взаимодействие, адсорбционная иммобилизация.
