Способ получения MRI-констрастирующего агента на основе Gd C82, включающий стадии: извлечение Gd C82 диметилформамидом из фуллереносодержащей сажи, его гидроксилирование и выделение целевого продукта, отличающийся тем, что в качестве объекта гидроксилирования используют смесь пустых фуллеренов и металлофуллеренов гадолиния, высокообогащенную по металлофуллеренам гадолиния, которую получают селективной экстракцией диметилформамидом фуллереносодержащей сажи, предварительно проэкстрагированной растворителем из класса ароматических углеводородов или сероуглеродом, и гидроксилирование проводят в один этап действием перекиси водорода на твердую вышеуказанную смесь фуллеренов, и полученный целевой продукт выделяют осаждением избытком спирта и отделяют от избытка перекиси водорода. A method of obtaining an MRI-constricting agent based on Gd C82, comprising the steps of: extracting Gd C82 with dimethylformamide from fullerene-containing soot, hydroxylating it and isolating the target product, characterized in that a mixture of empty fullerenes and metallofullerenes of gadolinium, highly enucleated, is used as a hydroxylation object which is obtained by selective extraction of fullerene-containing soot with dimethylformamide previously extracted with a solvent from the class of aromatic carbon hydrogen or carbon disulfide, and hydroxylation is carried out in one step by the action of hydrogen peroxide on the solid mixture of fullerenes above, and the obtained target product is isolated by precipitation with an excess of alcohol and separated from the excess hydrogen peroxide.

Способ получения MRI-констрастирующего агента на основе Gd@C82, включающий стадии: извлечение Gd@C82 диметилформамидом из фуллереносодержащей сажи, его гидроксилирование и выделение целевого продукта, отличающийся тем, что в качестве объекта гидроксилирования используют смесь пустых фуллеренов и металлофуллеренов гадолиния, высокообогащенную по металлофуллеренам гадолиния, которую получают селективной экстракцией диметилформамидом фуллереносодержащей сажи, предварительно проэкстрагированной растворителем из класса ароматических углеводородов или сероуглеродом, и гидроксилирование проводят в один этап действием перекиси водорода на твердую вышеуказанную смесь фуллеренов, и полученный целевой продукт выделяют осаждением избытком спирта и отделяют от избытка перекиси водорода.
