Abstract
1. Способ получения углеводородного топлива, который включает контактирование глицеридов жирных кислот со спиртом в присутствии твердого двойного цианида металлов в качестве катализатора при температуре в пределах 150-200°С в течение 2-6 ч, охлаждение указанной реакционной смеси до температуры в пределах 20-35°С, фильтрование реакционной смеси для отделения катализатора с последующим удалением непрореагировавшего спирта из полученного фильтрата путем вакуумной перегонки с получением углеводородного топлива. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что мольное отношение глицерида жирной кислоты к спирту находится в пределах от 1:6 до 1:12. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что концентрация твердого двойного цианида металлов составляет 1-2% от веса глицерида жирной кислоты. ! 4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что твердый двойной цианид металлов имеет формулу ! Zn3M2(CN)n(ROH)·xZnCl2·yH2O, ! где R обозначает трет.бутил, М обозначает ион переходного металла, x равен от 0 до 0,5, у равен от 3-5 и n равен 10 или 12. ! 5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что ион используемого переходного металла выбран из ионов Fe, Со и Сr. ! 6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полученное углеводородное топливо представляет собой алкиловые эфиры С9-С23 жирных кислот. ! 7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полученное углеводородное топливо представляет собой дизельное масло. ! 8. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что источник глицеридов жирных кислот представляет собой растительное масло или животный жир. ! 9. Способ по п.9, отличающийся тем, что растительное масло выбирают из группы, состоящей из кокосового масла, подсолнечного масла, соевого масла, горчичного масла, оливкового масла
Claims (12)
1. Способ получения углеводородного топлива, который включает контактирование глицеридов жирных кислот со спиртом в присутствии твердого двойного цианида металлов в качестве катализатора при температуре в пределах 150-200°С в течение 2-6 ч, охлаждение указанной реакционной смеси до температуры в пределах 20-35°С, фильтрование реакционной смеси для отделения катализатора с последующим удалением непрореагировавшего спирта из полученного фильтрата путем вакуумной перегонки с получением углеводородного топлива.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что мольное отношение глицерида жирной кислоты к спирту находится в пределах от 1:6 до 1:12.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что концентрация твердого двойного цианида металлов составляет 1-2% от веса глицерида жирной кислоты.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что твердый двойной цианид металлов имеет формулу
Zn3M2(CN)n(ROH)·xZnCl2·yH2O,
где R обозначает трет.бутил, М обозначает ион переходного металла, x равен от 0 до 0,5, у равен от 3-5 и n равен 10 или 12.
5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что ион используемого переходного металла выбран из ионов Fe, Со и Сr.
6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полученное углеводородное топливо представляет собой алкиловые эфиры С9-С23 жирных кислот.
7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полученное углеводородное топливо представляет собой дизельное масло.
8. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что источник глицеридов жирных кислот представляет собой растительное масло или животный жир.
9. Способ по п.9, отличающийся тем, что растительное масло выбирают из группы, состоящей из кокосового масла, подсолнечного масла, соевого масла, горчичного масла, оливкового масла, хлопкового масла, рапсового масла, маргарина, масла жожоба, масла ятрофы и их смесей.
10. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что спирт выбирают из группы, состоящей из метанола, этанола, пропанола, бутанола, пентанола и их смесей.
11. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что твердый комплексный катализатор, являющийся двойным цианидом металла, выделяют из реакционной смеси и вновь используют без значительной потери активности.
12. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полученная конверсия масла или жира в углеводородное топливо находится в пределах 90-95 мол.% в расчете на выход выделенного глицерина и селективность топлива превышает 95%.
