Abstract

1. A system (1) of a gas burner for household gas stoves intended for cooking food, containing a pair of concentric burners (3, 4), to which gas is supplied, suitably mixed with air drawn above the upper part (16) of the stove, on which has a burner system installed (1) and forming an air-gas mixture for a pair of burners (3, 4), said pair of burners (3, 4) containing an external burner (3) having a first cap (7) with a lower surface (24) and an upper surface. (25), an internal burner (4) having a second cap (8) with a lower surface (26) and an upper surface (27), characterized in that the lower surface (24, 26) of at least one cap (7, 8) in its region remote from the center is essentially inclined upward relative to the supporting plane of the cap (7, 8) so that the air-gas mixture flows upward, in particular, to the slots (5, 6) for the formation and propagation of the flame. 2. Claims (21)

1. A system (1) of a gas burner for household gas stoves intended for cooking food, containing a pair of concentric burners (3, 4), to which gas is supplied, suitably mixed with air drawn above the upper part (16) of the stove, on which is installed (1) the burner system, and forming a gas-air mixture for a pair of burners (3, 4), and said pair of burners (3, 4) contains
an external burner (3) having a first cap (7) with a lower surface (24) and an upper surface. (25)
an internal burner (4) having a second cap (8) with a lower surface (26) and an upper surface (27),
characterized in that the lower surface (24, 26) of at least one cap (7, 8) in its region remote from the center is essentially inclined upward relative to the supporting plane of said cap (7, 8) so that the air-gas mixture flows upward, in particular, to the slots (5, 6) for the formation and propagation of the flame.
2. The gas burner system (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that said first cap (7) has an inner edge (B) lying in a horizontal plane lower than the reference plane of the outer edge (B1) of said first cap ( 7).
