Abstract
1. Многослойное осесимметричное изделие, образующее пластину толщиной Е, состоящее из первого полимера, образующего структуру изделия и составляющего, по меньшей мере, 80% объема изделия, и второго полимера, образующего, по меньшей мере, два тонких функциональных слоя, причем указанные функциональные слои по отдельности заключены в первый полимер, при этом многослойная структура характеризуется тем, что а) функциональные слои расположены в различных частях изделия; б) функциональные слои образуют тела вращения, центры которых находятся на оси симметрии изделия; в) два функциональных слоя частично перекрываются в направлении, перпендикулярном поверхности пластины.2. Изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что величина перекрытия, по меньшей мере, равна толщине Е изделия.3. Многослойное изделие по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что функциональные слои сами образуют многослойную структуру, включающую слой барьерного полимера, заключенного между двумя слоями адгезивного полимера.4. Изделие по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что первый полимер составляет, по меньшей мере, 85% объема изделия.5. Изделие по п.3, отличающееся тем, что первый полимер составляет, по меньшей мере, 85% объема изделия.6. Многослойное изделие, полученное посредством компрессионного формования многослойной порции материала, в котором многослойная порция материала состоит из нескольких слоев, накладывающихся друг на друга в радиальном направлении, и содержит, по меньшей мере, два тонких функциональных слоя, заключенных между слоями, состоящими из первого полимера, причем слои, состоящие из первого полимера, составляют, по меньшей мере, 80% объема порции материала, а
Claims (9)
1. Многослойное осесимметричное изделие, образующее пластину толщиной Е, состоящее из первого полимера, образующего структуру изделия и составляющего, по меньшей мере, 80% объема изделия, и второго полимера, образующего, по меньшей мере, два тонких функциональных слоя, причем указанные функциональные слои по отдельности заключены в первый полимер, при этом многослойная структура характеризуется тем, что а) функциональные слои расположены в различных частях изделия; б) функциональные слои образуют тела вращения, центры которых находятся на оси симметрии изделия; в) два функциональных слоя частично перекрываются в направлении, перпендикулярном поверхности пластины.
2. Изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что величина перекрытия, по меньшей мере, равна толщине Е изделия.
3. Многослойное изделие по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что функциональные слои сами образуют многослойную структуру, включающую слой барьерного полимера, заключенного между двумя слоями адгезивного полимера.
4. Изделие по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что первый полимер составляет, по меньшей мере, 85% объема изделия.
5. Изделие по п.3, отличающееся тем, что первый полимер составляет, по меньшей мере, 85% объема изделия.
6. Многослойное изделие, полученное посредством компрессионного формования многослойной порции материала, в котором многослойная порция материала состоит из нескольких слоев, накладывающихся друг на друга в радиальном направлении, и содержит, по меньшей мере, два тонких функциональных слоя, заключенных между слоями, состоящими из первого полимера, причем слои, состоящие из первого полимера, составляют, по меньшей мере, 80% объема порции материала, а расстояние от первого слоя до оси симметрии меньше или равно половине расстояния от второго слоя до оси симметрии.
7. Многослойная порция материала, имеющая ось симметрии, для изготовления многослойных изделий посредством компрессионного формования, многослойная структура которой состоит из нескольких слоев, накладывающихся друг на друга в радиальном направлении, причем многослойная структура содержит, по меньшей мере, два тонких функциональных слоя, заключенных между слоями, состоящими из первого полимера, при этом многослойная структура характеризуется тем, что а) слои, состоящие из первого полимера, составляют, по меньшей мере, 80% объема порции материала; б) расстояние от первого слоя до оси симметрии меньше или равно половине расстояния от второго слоя до оси симметрии.
8. Многослойная порция материала по п.7, отличающаяся тем, что функциональные слои сами образуют многослойную структуру, состоящую из слоя барьерного полимера, заключенного между двумя слоями адгезивного полимера.
9. Многослойная порция материала по п.7 или 8, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит, по меньшей мере, три функциональных слоя, и характеризующаяся тем, что отношение радиальных расстояний между двумя соседними слоями меньше или равно 0,5.
