Claims (14)
1. Способ нанесения краски или лака при помощи устройства нанесения для нанесения цветного рисунка на поверхности зданий, общественных и гражданских инженерно-технических сооружений, в соответствии с предварительно полученным отображением цифровой модели изображения, наложенным на цифровой объект, представляющий собой реальную поверхность объекта, включающий следующие этапы:
приведение устройства нанесения в контакт с указанной поверхностью и перемещение его произвольно по поверхности,
непрерывное измерение координат устройства нанесения путем использования бесконтактной системы позиционирования или дополнительных датчиков перемещения,
нанесение краски в соответствии с упомянутым отображением в зависимости от измеренных координат,
прекращение нанесения краски автоматически, если координаты по отношению к заданному порогу допустимого отклонения координаты не могут быть определены в достаточной мере точно, или если краска уже была целиком нанесена на область координат наносимых краской элементов.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором устройство нанесения краски приводится в контакт с поверхностью путем прижатия его к поверхности вручную или путем создания области пониженного давления между устройством и поверхностью.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором система позиционирования базируется на способах измерения координат, которые используют объекты, фиксированные относительно поверхности, для измерения относительных координат, в частности, путем применения методов дистанционного измерения, углового измерения, телеметрии, фотометрическом или визуальном принципах.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором используют метод позиционирования с применением оптоэлектронных средств определения характеристик поверхности, влияющих на определение координат поверхности в непосредственной близости от устройства нанесения краски.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором измеряют перемещения устройства для определения данных о координатах, в частности исходя из скорости, и/или частоты вращения, и/или ускорения, и/или углового ускорения.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором дополнительно измеряют и используют для измерения координат наклон устройства в поле гравитации земли и/или ориентацию устройства по отношению к магнитному полю Земли.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором запись данных о поверхности объекта производят по меньшей мере одним из способов по пп.3-6.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором расстояние между элементами нанесения краски и поверхностью объекта является регулируемым.
9. Способ по п.1, в котором передвижение устройства производят вручную.
10. Способ по п.1, в котором передвижение устройства производят полуавтоматически.
11. Способ по п.1, в котором передвижение устройства производят автоматически.
12. Способ по п.1, в котором устройство содержит по меньшей мере один форсуночный элемент, в частности, распылительный элемент.
13. Способ по п.1, в котором устройство содержит ряд или массив распылительных элементов.
14. Устройство для нанесения краски или лака содержащее:
подвижное устройство для нанесение красок и лаков,
средства измерения координат устройства,
средства измерения перемещения устройства,
средства регулирования расстояния между устройством нанесения краски и поверхностью объекта, с которой оно приводится в контакт, отличающееся тем, что оно используется для осуществления способа по любому из пп.1-13.
