Claims (26)
1. Протез стопы, содержащий продольно проходящий киль стопы, стержень голени, прикрепленный к килю стопы на его нижнем конце, и проходящий вверх от киля стопы, в котором нижний конец стержня голени выпукло изогнут вниз и проходит вверх и первоначально вперед от него в обратно изогнутую часть стержня голени, ведущую к его вертикально стоящему верхнему концу.
2. Протез стопы по п.1, в котором нижний конец стержня голени в целом спрофилирован в форме параболы с наименьшим радиусом его кривизны, расположенным на нижнем конце.
3. Протез стопы по п.1, в котором стержень голени проходит вверх от киля стопы над задним отделом стопы и задней частью среднего отдела стопы киля стопы.
4. Протез стопы по п.1, дополнительно содержащий косметическое покрытие в форме стопы и нижней части нижней конечности человека, причем косметическое покрытие расположено над килем стопы и, по меньшей мере, над нижним концом стержня голени, причем стержень голени поднимается вверх от киля стопы внутри покрытия нижней части нижней конечности.
5. Протез стопы по п.1, в котором обратно изогнутая часть стержня голени имеет обращенную назад поверхность, которая обеспечена множеством продольно проходящих бороздок и ребер, образованных на ней для содействия ее упругому сжатию в ответ на силы, действующие на стержень голени, во время использования протеза стопы.
6. Протез стопы по п.5, в котором продольно проходящие бороздки и ребра имеют S-образную форму.
7. Протез стопы по п.1, дополнительно содержащий регулируемое крепежное устройство, фиксирующее стержень голени к килю стопы, причем крепежное устройство выполнено с возможностью регулировки соотношения между стержнем голени и килем стопы для регулировки функции протеза стопы.
8. Протез стопы по п.7, в котором регулируемое крепежное устройство содержит, по меньшей мере, один разъединяемый крепеж и продольно проходящее отверстие в киле стопы, через которое проходит крепеж, для обеспечения регулировки совмещения стержня голени и киля стопы в продольном направлении киля стопы.
9. Протез стопы по п.1, в котором стержень голени фиксирован к килю стопы посредством соединительного элемента.
10. Протез стопы по п.1, в котором стержень голени и киль стопы имеют соответствующие выпукло изогнутые поверхности, радиусы и соотношение которых воздействуют на динамическую характеристику и достигнутое в результате движение протеза стопы при ходьбе, причем выпукло изогнутые поверхности включают в себя дорзальную поверхность среднего отдела стопы киля стопы и выпукло изогнутую вниз и обращенную вперед поверхность стержня голени.
11. Протез стопы по п.1, в котором выпукло изогнутый нижний конец стержня голени имеет радиус кривизны, который увеличивается, по мере того как стержень голени проходит вверх от его изогнутого нижнего конца.
12. Протез стопы, содержащий продольно проходящий киль стопы, соединительный элемент, присоединенный к килю стопы, упругий, вертикально стоящий стержень голени, имеющий нижний конец, присоединенный к килю стопы посредством соединительного элемента для образования области голеностопного сочленения стопы, и верхний конец для соединения с опорной структурой на нижней конечности лица, перенесшего ампутацию нижней конечности, в котором нижний конец стержня голени выпукло изогнут вниз и проходит вверх и первоначально впереди от него в обратно изогнутую часть стержня голени, ведущую к его верхнему концу.
13. Протез стопы по п.12, дополнительно содержащий регулируемое крепежное устройство для обеспечения регулировки совмещения стержня голени и киля стопы относительно друг друга в продольном направлении киля стопы для регулировки функции протеза стопы.
14. Протез стопы по п.13, в котором регулируемое крепежное устройство содержит, по меньшей мере, один разъединяемый крепеж, соединяющий соединительный элемент и киль стопы, и продольно проходящее отверстие в киле стопы, через которое проходит крепеж, для обеспечения возможности указанной регулировки совмещения киля стопы и стержня голени.
15. Протез стопы по п.12, в котором выпукло изогнутый нижний конец стержня голени имеет радиус кривизны, который увеличивается, по мере того как стержень голени проходит вверх от его изогнутого нижнего конца.
16. Протез стопы по п.12, в котором нижний конец стержня голени в целом спрофилирован в форме параболы с наименьшим радиусом его кривизны, расположенным на нижнем конце.
17. Протез стопы по п.12, в котором стержень голени проходит вверх от киля стопы над задним отделом стопы и задней частью среднего отдела стопы киля стопы.
18. Протез стопы по п.12, дополнительно содержащий косметическое покрытие в форме стопы и нижней части нижней конечности человека, причем косметическое покрытие расположено над килем стопы и, по меньшей мере, над нижним концом стержня голени, причем стержень голени поднимается вверх от киля стопы внутри покрытия нижней части нижней конечности.
19. Протез стопы по п.12, в котором обратно изогнутая часть стержня голени имеет обращенную назад поверхность, которая обеспечена множеством продольно проходящих бороздок и ребер, образованных на ней для содействия ее упругому сжатию стержня голени, в то же самое время, противодействуя его растяжению, в ответ на силы, действующие на стержень голени, во время использования протеза стопы.
20. Протез стопы по п.19, в котором продольно проходящие бороздки и ребра имеют S-образную форму.
21. Стержень голени для протеза стопы, содержащий удлиненный, полужесткий, упругий элемент, имеющий выпукло изогнутую снаружи часть на одном конце указанного элемента для прикрепления к килю стопы для образования области голеностопного сочленения протеза стопы, противоположный конец указанного элемента для соединения с опорной структурой на нижней конечности лица, перенесшего ампутацию нижней конечности, и в котором указанная выпукло изогнутая часть на указанном одном конце указанного элемента проходит от одного конца и переходит в обратно изогнутую часть стержня голени, ведущую к противоположному концу.
22. Стержень голени по п.21, дополнительно содержащий крепежное устройство, содержащее продольно проходящее отверстие в указанном выпукло изогнутом одном конце указанного элемента, выполненного для скольжения крепежа для присоединения стержня голени к килю стопы.
23. Стержень голени по п.21, в котором выпукло изогнутый один конец имеет в целом форму параболы с наименьшим радиусом кривизны, расположенным на данном одном конце.
24. Стержень голени по п.21, в котором выпукло изогнутый один конец имеет радиус кривизны, который увеличивается по мере того, как стержень голени проходит от данного одного конца.
25. Стержень голени по п.21, в котором обратно изогнутая часть стержня голени имеет обратно изогнутую поверхность с множеством продольно проходящих бороздок и ребер, образованных на ней, для содействия упругому сжатию стержня голени, в то же самое время, противодействуя его растяжению, в ответ на силы, действующие на стержень голени, во время использования стержня голени в протезе стопы.
26. Стержень голени по п.25, в котором продольно проходящие бороздки и ребра имеют S-образную форму.
