Claims (1)

Способ приготовления очищенного препарата ботулинического токсина типа А, включающий культивирование штамма-продуцента Cl. Botulinum в жидкой питательной среде, отделение токсинсодержащих компонентов из культуральной жидкости, кислотно-солевое осаждение белков из надосадочной жидкости, экстракцию токсина из осадка, фракционирование компонентов препарата методами гельфильтрации и анионообменной хроматографии, отличающийся тем, что перед этапом хроматографии белки из экстракта токсина двукратно осаждают в присутствии сульфата аммония до степени насыщения 20% и 40% соответственно, гельфильтрацию и анионообменную хроматографию выполняют в условиях, оптимальных для диссоциации компонентов токсического комплекса при рН 7,9 и концентрации соли фосфорнокислого натрия 0,025 М, адсорбционную хроматографию выполняют перед этапом анионообменной хроматографии, а в качестве адсорбента на этапе адсорбционной хроматографии используют гидроксиапатит.A method of preparing a purified preparation of botulinum toxin type A, comprising cultivating a producer strain of Cl.
