Измельчитель корнеклубнеплодов, содержащий полый корпус с загрузочной воронкой, подающий шнек, образованный на валу, установленный в полости корпуса, и нож в виде режущих лопастей, установленный на хвостовике вала с возможностью вращения совместно с последним, отличающийся тем, что вал выполнен конусным, расположенным окончанием меньшего диаметра под загрузочной воронкой, а шнек по охватывающему контуру цилиндрическим, причем полость корпуса образована в виде ступеней, имеющих форму усеченных конусов, того же направления конусности, что и вал, диаметр меньших оснований которых номинально равен диаметру шнека, при этом измельчитель снабжен режущими органами, закрепленными на поверхности ступеней, выполненными каждый в виде ряда радиально установленных ножей, лезвия которых расположены на охватывающем контуре шнека, и ножей в виде охватывающих шнек втулок, торцы которых, направленные в сторону загрузочной воронки, образуют окружные лезвия на уровне лезвий радиальных ножей, причем шаг шнека выполнен возрастающим в направлении возрастания диаметра вала, а лезвия ножа в виде лопастей расположены на уровне окончания радиальных ножей крайней ступени корпуса.A root crop chopper containing a hollow body with a loading funnel, a feeding screw formed on a shaft mounted in the body cavity, and a knife in the form of cutting blades mounted on the shaft shank rotatably with the latter, characterized in that the shaft is made with a conical, located end smaller diameter under the loading funnel, and the screw along the female contour is cylindrical, and the cavity of the housing is formed in the form of steps having the shape of truncated cones, the same taper direction, h o and a shaft, the diameter of the smaller bases of which is nominally equal to the diameter of the screw, while the chopper is equipped with cutting bodies mounted on the surface of the steps, each made in the form of a series of radially mounted knives, the blades of which are located on the covering contour of the screw, and knives in the form of bushings covering the screw, the ends of which, directed towards the loading funnel, form circumferential blades at the level of the blades of the radial knives, and the pitch of the screw is made increasing in the direction of increasing diameter of the shaft, and the blade of the knife in in the form of blades are located at the level of the end of the radial knives of the extreme stage of the body.
