Claims (14)

1. The pipe of the heating furnace, which is used for a liquid containing hydrocarbon or carbon monoxide, characterized in that the pipe of the heating furnace is made of rare earth, oxide, dispersion, hardened ferrous alloy, which contains 17-26 wt.% Cr and 2-6 wt.% Al.
 2. Pipe of a heating furnace, characterized in that one element of the pipe of the heating furnace, made of rare-earth, oxide, dispersion, hardened ferrous alloy, which contains 17-26 wt.% Cr and 2-6 wt.% Al, and another element the pipes of the heating furnace made of rare-earth, oxide, dispersion, hardened alloy of ferrous iron or heat-resistant alloy are connected through an insert metal by diffusion coupling.
3. The pipe of the heating furnace according to claim 2, characterized in that the pipe of the heating furnace provides the passage of a liquid containing 100 ppm or less S in units of atomic weight in the temperature range 550-1000 o C.

The pipe of the heating furnace according to claim 2, characterized in that the pipe of the heating furnace contains a short connecting pipe into which an edge is inserted on the connection side of one pipe element of the heating furnace and an edge on the connection side of another pipe element of the heating furnace, and one element of the heating pipe the furnace and the other pipe element of the heating furnace are connected by means of a short connecting pipe by performing diffusion coupling in a state where the edges on the connection side of one pipe element are heated the flax furnace and another element of the pipe of the heating furnace and the short connecting pipe are contacted under pressure by means of sealing through a plug-in metal located between the edges on the connection side of one pipe element of the heating furnace and the other pipe element of the heating furnace and the short connecting pipe.

7. The pipe of the heating furnace according to claim 2, characterized in that the pipe of the heating furnace is used in the temperature range 550-1200 o C.
 8. A method of using a pipe of a heating furnace, characterized in that the liquid containing hydrocarbon or carbon monoxide passes through the pipe of the heating furnace, which is made of rare-earth, oxide, dispersion, hardened ferrous alloy, which contains 17-26 wt.% Cr and 2-6 wt.% Al.
 9. The method of using the pipe of a heating furnace according to claim 8, characterized in that the element of the pipe of the heating furnace on the other side, made of a heat-resistant alloy, is connected by diffusion coupling through an insert metal.
10. The method of using the pipe of a heating furnace according to claim 9, characterized in that the pipe of the heating furnace is configured to pass a fluid containing 100 ppm or less S in units of atomic weight in the temperature range 550-1000 o C.
 11. A method of manufacturing a pipe of a heating furnace, containing one element of the pipe of the heating furnace, made of rare earth, oxide, diffusion, hardened alloy of ferrous iron, which contains 17-26 wt. % Cr and 2-6 wt.% Al, and another element of the pipe of the heating furnace, made of rare-earth, oxide, dispersion, hardened alloy of ferrous iron or heat-resistant alloy, which are connected through an insert metal by diffusion coupling, characterized in that the method of manufacturing the pipe A heating furnace comprises the following steps: forming or inserting an insert metal into at least one of the edges on a joint side of one pipe element of the heating furnace and another element of the heating pipe and, provide contact under pressure of the edge on the connection side of one element of the pipe of the heating furnace with the edge on the connection side of the other element of the pipe of the heating furnace directly or through an intermediate element, and carry out the diffusion coupling of one element of the pipe of the heating furnace and the other pipe element of the heating furnace by heating the insert metal .
