The claimed device for drying, aseptic horizontal storage and transportation of endoscopes works as follows.
A pre-sterilized dry flexible flexible endoscope is placed in the body 3 of a clean, sterile container, or several endoscopes are connected to the inputs of the endoscope channels to the connectors of the internal connecting pipes 17 connected to the passage fitting 16, closed with a lid 4, and latches 20 fitted with the indicator mark clean ”, in coaxial holes made from two opposite sides in the horizontal part of the bent edges of the side walls of the housing 3 and in the horizontal part of the bent edges 4 Ryshkov container.
The containers with endoscopes are pushed along horizontal ties - guide rails 2 into the carcass of the tiered rack 1 between the vertical racks 18 of the lateral U-shaped frames. Then, to the passage pipe fitting 16 installed in the wall of the body 3 of each container, an external pipe 12 is connected externally, connected to the corresponding outlet — the outlet fitting of the bactericidal air treatment chamber 9 installed in the wall of the sealed enclosure 8, and the compressors 6 and connected to the control gear (preferably electronic - electronic ballasts) of the power supply gas discharge mercury lamp 10 of the chamber 9 bactericidal air treatment. In this case, air from the environment passes through the protective grilles 14 and coarse filters 15 of the inlet windows 13 into the internal volume of the housing 5 of the air circulation system and through the filters 7 of the fine cleaning enters the input of the compressors 6, is compressed and from the output of the compressors 6 through pipelines 11 enters an isolated chamber 9 for bactericidal air treatment, where under the influence of an ultraviolet bactericidal stream of radiation generated by a low pressure mercury discharge lamp 10, it is disinfected. Disinfected and heated by the heat released during the operation of the lamp 10, the air, not mixing with the air of the internal volume of the housing 5, passes through the external pipelines 12, through the pipe fittings 16 and through the internal connecting piping 17 enters the processed endoscope channels connected to the latter, providing drying them. Exiting the processed channels of the endoscopes, the air enters the casing 3 of the container under the excess pressure created by the compressor 6, and through leaks - the gaps between the casing 3 and the lid 4 of the container, go out into the environment, excluding the suction of "polluted" air from the environment of the room into container. As a result of the above circulation of heated and disinfected air, both the internal cavities of the channels and the outer surfaces of the endoscopes are processed and dried in the volume of the sterile container, which ensures long-term reliable aseptic storage of sterile endoscopes in the disinfected medium under excess pressure to the containers.
In the process of storing sterile endoscopes by means of a control unit, the operating time of the gas-discharge mercury lamp 10 and the shelf life of the endoscopes are controlled.
To move containers with endoscopes from one room to another, the external pipeline 12 is disconnected from the passage of the fitting pipe 16 installed in the wall of the housing 3, then they are plugged with a special tool - a plug of the passage pipe fitting 16 and the disconnected outer pipe 12 (not shown in the drawing) , which ensures the preservation of sterility inside containers and, accordingly, endoscopes.
When placing on the rack of the claimed device a different number of containers (for example, three, two, or one container) connected to an air circulation system made, for example, with three compressors 6, the number of compressors 6 equal to the number of containers used (for example, three, two, or one compressor 6), which, due to the supply of the same flow of disinfected air to each container, provides effective drying and the duration of aseptic storage of endoscopes.
