The invention relates to a technology for producing carbon fiber materials (HCM) based on cellulose hydrate fibers (HFCs) used as filler in the manufacture of composite materials in various fields of technology.
The aim of the invention is to obtain HCMs with high and uniform physical and mechanical properties with a high yield of HCMs.
This goal is achieved due to the fact that in the method for producing HCM based on cellulose hydrated fibers by impregnation of the starting material based on HVC in a solution of NH.4C) with a concentration of 10-30%, carbonization in an inert atmosphere with a gradual increase in temperature with subsequent high-temperature treatment at at a temperature of 1000-2200 ° C, according to the proposal, carbonization is carried out with a gradual increase in temperature from 150 ° C to (300-600) ° C with a vacuum pressure in the furnace from 300-900 Pa, and the pyrolysis products from the carbonization stage are absorbed alkaline solutions.
