Known ultrasonic humidifier, designed to be placed on horizontal surfaces, consisting of a container with a working fluid, additional containers, liquid level sensors, valves, a power supply unit, a microcontroller, a control unit, an electric oscillation generator, an ultrasonic emitter, a spray prevention system, an alarm unit, liquid -crystalline display and output in a couveuse, the system for preventing splashing contains a unit to prevent loss of fluid (droplet trap b) (patent UA85905,2013).

The known device is compact and efficient, contains controls, but there is no possibility of imparting stability during placement in the upper part of an additional tank for refueling.

A humidification device is known which comprises a housing comprising a chamber; a water tank for supplying water to the chamber; means for creating an air stream to create an air stream above the water in the chamber; humidification means for humidifying the air flow with water from the chamber; the cartridge is removably mounted in the housing, the cartridge contains a lamp emitting ultraviolet radiation to irradiate water in the chamber, and the chamber contains a tube transparent to ultraviolet rays, designed to accommodate the lamp; and an air outlet for discharging air flow; however, the housing contains many supports to support the cartridge between them, each of the supports contains a curved track for the direction of movement of the cartridge in the direction of the tube, and the tracks are shaped so as to move the cartridge in the direction of the tube to orient the cartridge for installing the lamp in the tube ( Patent RU 2633853, 2017).

The known device has many supports that move along curved paths, which allows you to maintain a cartridge and replace the lamp in such a way as to minimize the likelihood of damage to a new lamp when it is placed in the device.

In known humidifiers, the distribution of the weight load to give stability to the humidifier is decided by the arrangement of the sections of the water tanks on two sides. At the same time, this leads to a complication of the design and an increase in the material consumption and dimensions of the humidifier.

As can be seen from the description of the prior art, a significant number of different types of humidifiers are known, in which various methods solve the problem of the distribution of the weight load to stabilize the humidifier during its operation, however, none of the known structures ensures the stability of an autonomous compact humidifier to capsize, in wherein the water tank has a vertically elongated shape and is mounted on the housing from above.

The technical problem is the narrow arsenal of self-contained compact humidifiers that are stable on horizontal surfaces and have an opening on the housing lid to place a container of water for supplying it inside the housing.

EFFECT: increased stability of self-contained compact humidifiers with top filling of water from a container, preferably made in the form of a bottle, by providing the possibility of a controlled increase in the support area of the humidifier body on horizontal surfaces.

The problem is solved by the fact that a humidifier is claimed, comprising a housing configured to attach a reservoir of water, a transducer that creates a vibration in the water and generates a stream of water dust in the inner chamber in communication with the atomizer installed at the outlet of the housing, a fan for forced movement the air flow entering through the air inlets located in the bottom of the housing, the control unit, on the surface of the housing there is a control panel with controls There are holes that are electrically connected to the control unit, a pallet fixed to the bottom of the housing, support elements, a hole is made on the upper panel of the housing to accommodate the mouth of the tank with water, grooves are made in the bottom of the housing, forming tracks for moving the support elements in horizontal plane, each groove along its longitudinal sides has steps in the form of continuous shelves, and each supporting element has the shape of a console, at the end of which there is a mushroom-shaped latch, a cat’s neck cerned is placed in the recess, performing the function of guide and the mushroom-shaped portion latch its planar surface rests on the groove step.

The grooves are preferably placed at an angle to each other. The blind ends of the grooves are placed on the side of the air inlet openings, and the open ends of the grooves are made on the side of the walls of the housing and are additionally equipped with stoppers that prevent the supporting elements from falling out at the extreme points of their extension.

The hole for accommodating the neck of the tank with water is provided with a transition element having the possibility of threaded connection with the mating threaded portion of the neck of the tank with water. The water tank can be disconnected from the humidifier body to fill it with water. The transition element is a sleeve with threaded elements on the surface for connecting the tank with water and the sides for support on the upper panel of the housing. The upper part of the outer surface of the sleeve may have threaded elements for connection with the attached neck of the tank with water, and the lower part of the sleeve has the possibility of tight placement in the hole of the housing due to friction.

As a converter, the inventive humidifier preferably contains an ultrasonic transducer, which allows to obtain water dust, which is a fine droplet of water, which, when combined with air, form an aerosol.

The control panel contains controls that can be represented by an on / off / humidification speed relay or an on / off button, and may also include a socket for connecting to a power source, a window for the information display and other controls.

The pallet is mostly rectangular in shape. On the pallet can be placed a nest for installing capsules for aromatic oils. Light sources, for example, LEDs, can be placed in the bottom of the housing and / or inside the housing for additional indication of operating modes.

The control unit is located inside the housing and is connected to the mains by means of a power supply unit and a power cord, or the power can be supplied from a plug-in power supply, for example, an adapter adapter from mobile devices. The control unit contains an electronic board with radio elements, a microcontroller or microprocessor, may additionally contain a hygrostat and other controls. The electrical connection is provided by electrically conductive wires, electrical contacts, conductive paths on the electronic board and other known elements of electrical circuits or electrical wires with USB ports or an adapter with an electric wire.

Comparison of the claimed device with the known allows us to conclude that the criterion of "novelty".

The inventive device can be made of known materials using known technologies and known structural elements, which allows us to conclude that the criterion of "industrial applicability".

The inventive humidifier is based on the principle of forced evaporation and contains an ultrasonic transducer 2 located in the housing 1, which creates a vibration in the aqueous phase coming from the water tank 3, which is a plastic bottle connected through a connecting adapter 4, for example, with a volume of 0.33 l or more, generating a stream of water dust in the inner chamber 5, in communication with the atomizer 6, installed at the outlet of the housing 1. Inside the housing 1 in the bottom of the installed fan 7 printing a forced movement of the air flow entering through the air intake openings 13 located in the bottom of the housing, the pallet 8. In the inner part of the housing 1 there is a control unit 9 containing an electronic board 10. The electrical connection is provided, for example, by electric wires 11 from the connected power supply 12 (in the above example, the power supply is not included - an adapter adapter from mobile devices is used). On the side of the housing there is a control panel with controls 22. In the bottom of the housing 1 there is a light source, which is used as multi-colored LEDs 17, aromatic capsule 21.

In the bottom of the housing 1 mounted supporting elements 18 made of plastic. The supporting elements 18 are made to extend beyond the housing 1, each of which the user can optionally push to the stop to achieve stability of the humidifier by increasing the area of the support. The extension of the supporting elements 18 is provided due to their movement inside the grooves 15, which perform the function of tracks. The grooves 15 from the side of the air inlet openings 13 are made blind, and on the opposite side are made open and provided with stops 20 that do not allow the supporting elements 18 to fall out at the extreme points of their extension beyond the boundaries of the housing. The grooves 15 on their longitudinal sides are equipped with steps in the form of continuous shelves 16, and the supporting elements 18 have a console with a latch 19, the latter is made mushroom-shaped. Continuous shelves 16 are an emphasis for the flat part of the mushroom-shaped latch 19, providing reliable movement of the supporting elements 18.

The inventive device in normal mode operates as follows. To start the humidifier, you must turn on the device by connecting the power supply 12 and the control 22 located on the side panel of the housing 1. In the hole on the upper panel of the housing 1, in which the connecting adapter 4 is fixed, a water tank 3 is installed, from which water flows by gravity into the pallet 8. Ultrasonic transducer 2, receiving power through the control unit 9 with the electronic board 10, breaks the water into tiny particles by means of high-frequency vibrations of the ultrasonic membrane, about water dusting. At the same time, the fan 7, receiving power through the control unit 9 with the electronic circuit board 10, pumps the air from the room through the air inlets 13 into the internal vaporization chamber 5. The air passing through the aromatic capsule 21 and connecting with the water dust forms an aerosol which, through atomizer 6 is blown back into the room. To prevent the humidifier from overturning during the placement of the water tank 3 and during operation, the consumer extends the support elements 18 beyond the boundaries of the housing 1, adjusts the position of the support elements 18 in the grooves 15 in such a way as to ensure a stable position of the humidifier on a horizontal surface, as during the connection water tank 3, and in the process of its operation, preventing the negative consequences in the form of overturning or roll of the humidifier that could occur during its operation. Illumination of the bottom of the case by turning on the LEDs 17, makes it easier for the user to adjust the position of the support elements 18 relative to the housing 1, especially in the dark.

The use of the inventive air humidifier expands the range of compact stand-alone humidifiers designed to be placed on horizontal surfaces and having top water filling from an attached tank, providing increased stability by providing the possibility of a controlled increase in the support area of the humidifier body, both during refueling and during operation.

Claims (7)

1. An air humidifier comprising a housing configured to attach a reservoir of water, a converter that vibrates in the water and generates a stream of water dust in the inner chamber in communication with the atomizer installed at the outlet of the housing, a fan for forcing the flow of air entering through air inlets located in the bottom of the housing, the control unit, on the surface of the housing there is a control panel with controls that are electrically connected to the unit of equalization, a pallet fixed in the bottom of the housing, support elements, characterized in that a hole for placing a reservoir of water is made on the upper panel of the housing, grooves are made in the bottom of the housing, forming tracks for moving the support elements in a horizontal plane, each groove along its it has steps on the longitudinal sides, and each supporting element has a console shape, at the end of which there is a mushroom-shaped latch, the neck of which is placed in a groove that serves as a guide, and the mushroom-shaped part is fixed ora its flat surface rests on the groove step.

The air humidifier according to claim 1, characterized in that the blind ends of the grooves are located on the side of the holes for air intake, and the open ends of the grooves are made on the side of the walls of the housing and are additionally equipped with stoppers that prevent the supporting elements from falling out at the extreme points of their extension.
4. The air humidifier according to claim 1, characterized in that the hole for accommodating the water tank is provided with a transition element having a threaded connection with the mating threaded portion of the neck of the water tank.
5. The humidifier according to claim 1, characterized in that the transducer is made in the form of an ultrasonic transducer.
6. An air humidifier according to claim 1, characterized in that the electric power to the control unit is provided by means of electrical contact with an attached power unit.
7. An air humidifier according to claim 1, characterized in that light sources made in the form of LEDs are additionally placed in the housing.
