По окончании выполнени работы, устройство перевод т в нерабочее состо ние в пор дке, обратном вышеописанному.clog the container 6 to prevent grafts from falling out and place the container 6 in the bath 1. The dimensions of the openings in the mesh walls of the container are 3-5 mm, that is, the sizes of the grafts are smaller, so the latter do not fall out of the openings of the walls of the container 6. The container 13 is filled the necessary working solution and pump it into the bath 1. At the same time, the taps 12.9 and 10 are closed. Filling the bath 1 with a working solution, close the tap 12 and open the tap 11 (taps 9 and 10 are open). Thus, the device is brought into operation. After filling the bath 1 with the working solution, thermostatic fixture 14 is turned on. The necessary temperature is maintained automatically using the thermostat. Next, the desired mode of circulation rate of the working solution is selected by setting the toggle switch of the pump capacity regulator 3. for a certain division of the scale (optimal speed mode working solution circulation - 20-30 l / min). The working solution, heated to the required temperature, begins to circulate through the closed bath-pump system through line 8. The power supply is turned on automatically. By means of ultrasonic emitters 4, the working solution and the grafts contained therein are voiced. Ultrasonic emitters 4 are included in operation synchronously. The duration of each stage of the device is set using a time relay. All stages of the preparation and sterilization of bone matrix are fully automated. Upon completion of the work, the device is put into an idle state in the reverse order of the above.
