Description
The invention relates to drilling equipment and can be used for drilling predominantly large diameter wells in hard rocks.
The purpose of the invention is to intensify the process of rock destruction.
Fig. 1 shows an apparatus for impact drilling, a general view; figure 2 is a section aa in figure 2; Fig. 3 is an embodiment of a projectile with an elastic rim; figure 4 - tip in an enlarged view.
З). Наконечники 7 армированы твердосплавными вставками, которые представлены штыр ми 8 (фиг.4).The shock rope drilling tool consists of a body made of several longitudinal rods 1. The rods are freely surrounded by rims 2 and are mounted with the possibility of longitudinal displacement relative to each other. The peripheral rods have grooves 3 in which the rims are placed, and the height of the grooves is 1.5-2 times greater than the width of the rim. Each rod 1 in the upper part is provided with a fastener 4, connected by means of a flexible connection 5 to a towing device 6. The fastener 4 is made in the form of a cable lock. At the working end of each rod 1 there are schematic rock cutting tips 7. The rims 2 can be made of metal (figure 2) or from elastic materials, such as rubber (Fig.Z). Tips 7 are reinforced with carbide inserts, which are represented by pins 8 (Fig. 4).
The operation of the projectile is as follows.
The projectile d is lifted above the bottom and dropped from a certain height using a ground shock-rope machine (not shown in the drawings). In this case, each rod 1, independently of neighboring rods, hits the bottom with the tip 7 and destroys the rock. Since the rods are distributed along the bottom evenly, the destruction

Разрушенную породу с забо удал ют известными способами, например желонкой.carried out over the entire area of the face,. Destroyed rock with an obstruction is removed by known methods, for example, by a chipper.
In the manufacture of an impact projectile, the metal rims are made of strip steel. A section of the strip is bent around the circumference at the grooves of 3 peripheral rods and the ends are welded together. If the rim is made of rubber, it is stretched during dressing and advanced to the groove where it is installed with light tension.
The advantage of a projectile is as follows.
Due to the intensive destruction of the rock, the mechanical drilling speed increases over the entire area of the bottom. Each rod, impacting the bottom, produces a rock breakout, regardless of the neighboring rod. At the same time, the mass of each rod is sufficient to accumulate the potential energy needed to destroy the rock directly below the rod.
The armament of the rod increases due to the fact that the tip is mounted on each rod. This ensures long-term operation of the projectile in the well.
The worn out rock cutting part is quickly replaced directly at the drilling site, which makes the shell practically non-wearing.
Improved and simplified technology for the manufacture of shells, especially large diameters, because each rod can be made in the conditions of the mechanical workshop of any drilling enterprise from a section of a weighted drill pipe. It is easy to change the diameter of the projectile. The manufacture of a small diameter drill bit is also simplified.

Улучшаетс обслуживание снар да при транспортировании и монтаже, поскольку он может быть разобран на отдельные стержни .The service of the projectile during transportation and installation is improved since it can be disassembled into separate rods.
The use of drilling equipment in the national economy will provide a significant economic effect.
