Abstract
Использование: сельское хоз йство, химический способ защиты растений от насекомых и клещей. Сущность изобретени : способ заключаетс в обработке растений соединениемформулы C2ABCDH C(R2R3)CH2XCH(R4)-R5. где А, В, С, О - азот или СН; RI - этокси, хлор, 2,2,2- трифторэтокси; Ra и R3 - метил или совместно с атомом углерода, к которому они присоединены, циклопропил; Ro - водород; RS - 3-феноксилфенил, который может быть замещен фтором в количестве 0,5-1 кг/га. 1 табл.
Description
Изобретение относитс к химическим способам защиты растений.
Известно использование в качестве активного вещества способа производного 1- (3-феноксифенил)-4 фенил-4-метилпентана.
Однако известный способ обладает недостаточной зкарицидной активностью.
Целью изобретени вл етс повышение инсехтоакарициднрй активности.
Указанна цель достигаетс использованием соединени формулы (I)

где А, В, С. D - азот или СН; RI - зтокси, хлор, 2,2,2-трифторэтокси; Hz и Ra - метил или совместно с атомом углерода цепи образуют циклопропил: R4 - водород; RS - 3- Феноксифенил, который может быть замещен фтором в количестве 0,5-1 кг/га.
Изобретение иллюстрируетс следующими примерами, в которых в качестве действующего вещества использовали соединени формулы (I), указанные в таблице .
Соединени формулы (I) получают известными методами. Представлен способ получени соединени 6 из таблицы.
Способ получени 2-(6-хлор-пирид-3- ил}-2-метил-пропил-(3-феноксибензил)-эфи- ра.
1,9 г (10,2 ммол )2-(-6-хлор-пирид-3-ил)2-метил-пропанола раствор ют в 15 мл толуола , добавл ют 2.7 г (10,3 ммол )
3-фенокси-бензилбромида и разбавл ют раствором 0,6 г (1,8 ммол ) тетра-н-бутилам- мониум-гидроген-сульфата в 5 г 50% натриевой щелочи. В течение 2 с при 70-80°С перемешивают, затем смешивают со

смесью из 2 мл метанола и 2 мл концентрированного водного аммиака и, наконец, раздел ют между водой и толуолом. Органическа фракци промываетс раствором хлорида аммони , растворитель выпариваетс и сырой продукт очищаетс в колонке с силикагелем. Так получают 2,4 г (62,9% от теоретического) слабо-голубого масл нистого вещества. Дистиллируют в трубке с шариками при 0,03 мбар и 230-240°С (температура аппарата), ho 1,5812. Остальные соединени получают аналогичным образом.
Соединени из таблицы были использованы в следующих биологических примерах .
П р и м е р 1. Посев бобовых (Vlcia faba), сильно пораженный бобовой лиственной тлей, опрыскивают водными разбавленными эмульсионными концентратами при норме расхода 1 кг/га до стадии образовани капель. По истечении 3 дней гибель достигала 100% в случае использовани соединений 1-6, 8-13. При указанной дозе известное соединение А/1-(3-феноксифе- нил)-4-фенил-4-метилпентан/ было эффективно только на. 65%.
П р и ме р 2. Сильно пораженные белой мукой (Trialeurodes Vaporarium) бобовые растени (Phaseokis vulgaris) опрыскивали водными разбавленными эмульсионными концентратами при дозе 1 кг/га до начинающихс капель. После помещени растений в теплицу через 14 дней микроскопического контрол последовал результат почти 100% гибели в. случае использовани соединений 1-3, 5-8, 10. 1.1. Соединение А эффективно при указанной дозе только на 43%.
ПримерЗ. Проведение опыта: аналогично примеру 2. Подопытное насекомое: Tetranychus urticae (бобовый пауковый клещ).
Испытуемое растение: Phascolus vulgaris (кустистые бобы).
Норма расхода: 0,5 кг/га активного вещества в составе дл опрыскивани . При этой дозе соединени 10,11 через 8 дней показали 100% активность. В то врем как соединение .А не про вл ло никакого действи .
При м е р 4. Бобовые растени (Phaseolus vulgaris), сильно пораженные цитрусовой жирной тлей, опрыскивали водным разбавленным эмульсионным концентратом при дозе 1 кг/га до стадии образовани капель. После пребывани в теплице в течение 7 дней при 20-25°С сделали контроль. Установили 100% смертность дл соединений 1-7, 9, 10. Соединение А про вило 35%-ное действие.
П р и м е р 5. Хлопковые клещи (Oncopeltus faslstus) обрабатывали разбавленным водным эмульсионным концентратом при дозе 1 кг/га соединени ми 1-6, 8,
Ю, 11, 13 из примера. В конце опыта клещи были помещены в сосуды, покрытые воздухонепроницаемыми накидками; температура комнатна . По истечении 5 дней после обработки была установлена 100% гибель в
каждом отдельном случае. Соединение А при указанной дозе показало 20% эффективность .
Приме р 6. Лепестки бобов (Phaseolus vulgaris) обрабатывали водной эмульсией
соединени формулы (I) при дозе 1 кг/га (отнесенна на активное вещество) и поставили к одновременно обработанным личинками мексиканского бобового насекомого (Epllachna varlvestts) в наблюдательные
клетки, Оценка после 48 ч показала 100% уничтожение подопытных насекомых. Одц- наково активными оказались соединени соответственно примерам 1-3,5, 6,8,10,11. Соединение А оказалось активным всего на
67%.
П р и м е р 7. На внутренней стороне крышки и дна чашки Петри равномерно внесли соединени формулы (1) при дозе 0,5 кг/га вещества и оставили открытыми
до полного улетучивани растворител . После этого поместили по 10 комнатных мух (Musca domestica) в чашку Петри, чашки закрыли крышками, после 3 ч была об- наруженэ 100% гибель. Активными
оказались соединени 1-8, 10, 12, 13. Соединение А эффективно при указанной дозе на 45%.

- Формула изобретени Способ борьбы с насекомыми и клещами после обработки растений активнодейст- вующим веществом, отличающийс тем, что, с целью усилени инсектоакари- цидного действи , в качестве активнодейст- вующего вещества используют соединени общей формулыА--ВR,| «nJ-ОУ-С-СНNi 1ЧС-D ГХ-CH-R,55где А, В, С, D - азот или СН;RI - этокси, хлор, 2,2,2-трифторэтокси;R2 и Рз метил или совместно с углероRS - 3-феноксифендом, к которому они присоединены, образу- быть замещен фтором,в количестве 0,5-1 кг/гает циклбпил: R4 - водород;RS - 3-феноксифенил, который можетбыть замещен фтором,в количестве 0,5-1 кг/га.
