The utility model relates to meeting the vital needs of a person and can be used in dance ballet shoes, in particular in pointe shoes.

One of the prerequisites for injury to ballet dancers is their shoes - pointe shoes. Pointe shoes tighten the transverse arch of the foot, which causes tension of the thumb and its deviation outward. The main load falls on the interphalangeal and metatarsophalangeal joints, which form the outer and inner longitudinal arches, as well as the transverse arch of the foot.

A device for the treatment of hallux valgus of the first toe, having a sole, a base plate, a back with a fixing strap under the heel, anterior part of the foot with a fixing strap, corrective bracket with traction [1]. The disadvantages of this device are: discomfort when using, stiff sole, the presence of bulky elements - back and front forefoot holder, the inability to use in ballet shoes

Known corrective device for hallux valgus of the first toe, containing a cover-fingertip, attached to it a heel and transverse loop-shaped rubber rods with a fixed unloading element [2]. The disadvantages of this device are: pressure on the second joint of the finger, causing discomfort during use and the possibility of injury; inconvenience when using unloading elements; inability to use in ballet shoes.

Known corrector for five toes of medical silicone Hallux Pro Talus 196C, consisting of fused interdigital partitions of different sizes, which are shock absorbers for the fingers [3].

The disadvantages of this corrector are: the lack of perforations, insoles for arches of the foot, the inability to use it in ballet shoes. This corrector is taken by us as a prototype.

The technical result of the utility model is the prevention of the occurrence of occupational diseases of the feet of ballerinas by improving the comfort of shoe space in pointe shoes.

Socks are made of cotton fabric that allows them to sit tight on their feet and use them in dance shoes. The presence of four interdigital dividers prevents the appearance of corns in the areas of the interdigital spaces; reduces painful and uncomfortable feelings when relying on the forefoot during the dance; prevents the appearance of hallux valgus of the first toes. Thanks to the through-openings of the interdigital dividers providing breathability, foot hygiene is maintained. The arch support in the sole part provides prevention of flat feet. The elasticity of the materials of the socks and interdigital dividers creates convenience and comfort when performing dance movements.

The utility model is illustrated by graphic material. In FIG. 1, for example, the left toe 1 is shown, in the back of the inner surface of which four interdigital dividers 2 are sewn, having through holes 3. The instep 4 is sewn into the sole of the inner surface of the toe 1.

The utility model is used as follows: socks are worn on the legs before putting on the pointe just before the start of the dance activity. After socks, straighten in order to get four silicone dividers into the interdigital spaces. Pointe shoes are put on top of socks. The size of the socks, the sizes of the interdigital dividers and insteps are selected individually, taking into account the sizes and already existing deformations of the dancer's feet and the sizes of pointe shoes.

For two months, socks for ballet shoes were used by 15 students of the Samara Choreographic School of I-III training courses. During use, they noted a decrease in pain and discomfort in the front of the feet after training; reducing the load on the first metatarsophalangeal joint and, as a result, reducing pain in it. It was also noted an increase in comfort due to improved foot hygiene, the lack of the need for frequent pointe changes.

Thus, the developed socks with interdigital dividers and arch support can be used in dance activities for wearing in pointe shoes in order to improve comfort and prevent occupational foot diseases.
