Description
The apparatus for physiotherapy relates to methods and devices of pulsed medical equipment, namely to the field of gastroenterology, to mobile devices for physiotherapeutic effects on diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and atony. It can be used in stationary, field and spa resorts and at home. The natural sounds of intestinal motility are recorded on a micro-sd-memory card and sound simulation of the nervous system of the abdominal organs by sound waves is carried out through a playback device, a low-frequency amplifier (ULF) and a dynamic emitter. At the same time, pulse stimulation is performed with 6 electrodes arranged in a circle on the abdominal cavity (GIT), currents converted from the sound wave of the natural sounds of intestinal motility into electrical impulses. (IBS) is currently considered a biopsychosocial disorder, which is formed by two pathological mechanisms: psychosocial effects and sensory-motor dysfunction, which is based on a change in visceral sensitivity.

A known device is an electrical stimulator of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT). Patent for invention №: 2236267 Author: Glushchuk S.F. (RU), Pekker Ya.S. (RU) Published: 09/20/2004 The gastrointestinal tract electrical stimulator contains electrodes made in the form of two electrically isolated parts of the drug capsule, a pulse generator connected by leads to a power source, and the first key element installed with the ability to short-circuit the electrodes during pauses, placed inside the capsule. In addition, a second key element has been introduced, connected to the signal enable signal with the first output of the pulse generator, the output with the control input of the pulse generator, and the input and the general power output with the poles of the power source, and the general power output with the output of the pulse generator connected to the power source . The invention allows to increase the shelf life of electrical stimulators by eliminating the dynamic current consumption of the pulse generator in the storage mode of the electrical stimulator.
However, the disadvantage of this electric stimulator is the presence of a dynamic current consumption of the pulse generator in the storage mode of the electric stimulator, leading to a reduction in its shelf life. However, sound vibrations generated by the device cannot effectively affect the abdominal organs with control impulses, they are not perceived by the nervous system as sounds of their own peristalsis.
From a known device that coincides with the essential features of the apparatus with a physiotherapeutic emulator - an electrical stimulator of the gastrointestinal tract. The problem to be solved by the claimed utility model is designed of an apparatus of an audio simulator - an electrical stimulator of the gastrointestinal tract with the aim of speedy restoration of motor function in diseases (gastrointestinal tract), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and atony.
The problem is solved by using the apparatus of a physiotherapeutic audio simulator - an electrical stimulator related to devices in the field of gastroenterology, to pulsed mobile devices for restoring the function of the gastrointestinal tract from irritable bowel syndrome and atony.
The use of simulation is characterized by the use of natural sounds of intestinal motility recorded on a micro-SD memory card using a voice recorder isolated from extraneous sounds, the microcard is installed in a playback device that is mounted on the abdominal cavity of the gastrointestinal tract on a plastic mesh with possible correction and amplitude filtering pulses from low delta waves to high beta. A playing device, which includes: a micro-sd-memory card, a digital analog converter (DAC), a low-frequency amplifier (VLF), and through a dynamic emitter, sound simulation is performed on the nervous system of the projections of the abdominal organs, increases the activity of the enteric nervous system.
It is necessary to exclude or reduce the activity of the human herpes virus from the family Herpesviridae. The most common type 1 human herpes simplex virus and
In parallel with drug treatment, it is necessary to influence electrostimulation through the converted natural sounds of intestinal motility into electrical impulses on diseases of the gastrointestinal tract in case of irritable bowel syndrome.
The apparatus is a physiotherapeutic audio simulator - an electrical stimulator of the gastrointestinal tract, characterized in that it simultaneously performs pulsed electrical stimulation, converted from the sound wave by the natural sounds of intestinal motility. Through a digital to analog converter (DAC). From a low-frequency amplifier (VLF), through a generator for generating control pulses, through a relay unit, a current amplifier (UT), from a switch, pulses are fed to 6 electrodes mounted on a plastic grid, arranged in a circle and mounted on the abdominal cavity of the gastrointestinal tract and switched in pairs with the help of a switch; in this case, the positive potential changes in pairs to negative: 1.4; 2.5; 3.6 and so on in a circle with a possible adjustment of the voltage at the electrodes, and the duration between switching. All units are connected to a 12 V power supply.
The technical result, providing a set of features, is a mechanism by which a very complex, to some extent coordinated activity of the gastrointestinal tract is carried out, and the enteral nervous system cannot be ignored. It is localized in the wall of the digestive tube from the esophagus to the anal canal. It consists of at least ten billion neurons represented by the Auerbach and Meissner plexuses. The next mechanism that takes part in the formation of motor or motor activity of the gastrointestinal tract are interstitial cells of Cahal. They are drivers of a steady rhythm of various departments (GIT). Besides the fact that they themselves directly generate slow waves in smooth muscles, they probably play the role of mediators of neuromuscular transmission (transmission of impulses from nerve tissue to smooth muscle cells). Introduced sounds of intestinal motility convey information directly stimulating brain activity in the range of delta, theta, alpha, beta or gamma waves. For various reasons, the brain is not capable of generating a sufficient amount of alpha and theta waves in the normal state.
The use of the physiotherapeutic apparatus of an audio simulator - an electrical stimulator increases the activity of the enteric nervous system. When there are waves of different types, one of them provides mixing of food with gastric juice, is peristaltic in nature, determines the tone of the stomach.
Other waves provide a propulsive nature that are mainly related to the pyloric stomach. In addition, the contractions of the stomach, on the one hand, provide phase activity on the other hand, the tonic activity of the stomach.

An important role in the functioning of the intestine in normal conditions and in pathology is played by central nervous regulation, in particular the so-called “brain-gut axis”. So, on the one hand, recurring stresses are accompanied by motor disorders of the intestine, on the other hand, against the background of an increased receptor reaction in the intestine, afferent stimuli are produced that reach the cortical and vagus nerves of the central subcortical and cortical parts of the central nervous system (CNS), which in turn change their functional activities.
Currently, the following methods are known to stimulate intestinal motility in the postoperative period: a - medications; b - novocaine blockades (perinephral intrathoracic, round ligament of the liver, etc.); in - epidural anesthesia; d - external decompression of the upper digestive tract (stomach, small intestine), which is most often combined with enteral probe nutrition with salt nutrient mixtures (saline enteric solution, Ringer's solution, etc.); d - electrical stimulation; e - oxygenobarotherapy; g - detoxification by extracorporeal methods; h - correction of water-electrolyte shifts in the body; and - exposure to sound waves.
Based on the established fact of the presence of a connection between electrical and motor activity (GIT), the material concerning the mechanism of spontaneous activity of cells of the smooth muscle of the intestine was analyzed in order to adequately model the "external stimulus", and it allowed to determine the approximate characteristics of the stimulating current, which put the therapeutic effect: The basic provisions of the action of electric current on organs and tissues are considered. When treating a patient, it is necessary to influence the stimulator on the abdominal cavity (GIT) with the possible simultaneous administration of antibiotics and other medications prescribed by the doctor.
All units are connected to a 12 V power supply.
2w.The shape of the current pulse generated by the stimulator at an active load is the sounds of intestinal motility recorded on a micro-sd card and converted into electrical pulses by a low-frequency amplifier (ULF) and a 2w emitter.
15v.The pulse voltage at the electrodes is adjustable from 2 to 15v.
The pulse duration and tonality, high or low, depends on the individual recording on the micro-sd card when scanned by a doctor after using the drug for stimulation (GIT). Due to the fact that the nervous system and rhythms of life of each person are individual, the recorded sounds of peristalsis should be applied only to those with whom the recording was made.
The pulse repetition rate (duty cycle) is adjustable from - 0.5 sec. up to 20 sec. between switching electrodes; Duration - a course of treatment from 20 to 30 minutes, 2-3 times a day before meals for 1 hour and after meals after 2-3 hours for 10 days with a possible resumption of procedures.
Блок управления и блок питания располагаются отдельно и соединены через (USB) удлинитель длинной от 2х до 5 метров с блоком аудио симулятором - электростимулятором расположенным и закрепленным на брюшной полости (ЖКТ).The control unit and the power supply unit are located separately and are connected via (USB) an extension cord from 2x to 5 meters long with an audio simulator unit - an electrical stimulator located and fixed on the abdominal cavity (GIT).
The electrodes 12X18H9, 12X18H9T, 12X18H10T should be 0.2-0.3 mm thick so that they fit the body area at the points of contact, the electrodes have 3 sizes of 15 by 30 mm; 15 by 40 mm; 15 by 55 mm, the size of the connected electrodes depends on the size of the surface of the abdominal cavity.
The weight of the device is an audio simulator with a playing device mounted on the grid with a micro-sd card, DAC, (ULF), a dynamic emitter, 6 electrodes arranged in a circle designed to be installed and fixed on the abdominal cavity, weight - 150 g.
