The technical result achieved by the utility model is to increase versatility by simultaneously loading, transporting and unloading a larger volume of cargo of various sizes (including long ones) that require protection from precipitation. The utility model relates to the field of cargo transportation solutions.

State of the art

Known as a prototype car for transportation of goods is known, comprising a body with a roof mounted on a frame supported by two wheeled trolleys, with sliding doors installed in the middle of the side walls of the body (RU 26309 U1, 11.27.2002).

The design of the prototype allows you to transport goods that require protection from atmospheric precipitation, but is not universal enough, since it excludes the possibility of transporting long loads due to loading and unloading through doors in the middle of the side walls of the body. In addition, the total cargo volume is limited by the standard length of the wagon.

The task is to ensure the loading, transportation and unloading of cargoes of various sizes, including long ones, requiring protection against atmospheric precipitation, with a simultaneous increase in the total volume of goods transported in one wagon.

The technical result achieved by the utility model is to increase versatility by the possibility of simultaneous loading, transportation and unloading of a larger volume of cargoes of various dimensions (including long ones) that require protection from precipitation.

The subject of a utility model is a freight carriage comprising a body with a frame supported by two extreme wheel trolleys, characterized in that the body with the frame is divided into two sections articulated by a central wheel trolley, each section comprising a side door with a sliding mechanism and a roof of two longitudinal sectorial flaps with a cylindrical surface, equipped with a mechanism for opening and closing it with the movement of the flaps along the arc of the sector angle down and up, respectively, on opposite sides of the side section walls.

This set of features ensures the achievement of the claimed technical result.

A useful model has a development, which consists in the fact that the indicated mechanisms in one body section fix the roof in the closed position, the side door in the open position, and in the other body section fix the roof in the open position, the side door in the closed position. This allows you to simultaneously load or unload small loads through the side door (using a forklift) and long loads through the roof (using a crane). During transportation, both roofs and car doors are fixed by the indicated mechanisms in the closed position. The wagon with two sections has an increased (compared to the standard) length. Thus, protection of the transported cargo from the atmospheric precipitation is increased.

Another development is that the said mechanisms of the roof of both body sections are fixed in the open position, and the side doors of both body sections are fixed in the closed position. This allows you to load long loads in an increased volume, limited by the total length of two articulated sections.

Another development is that the roofs of both body sections are fixed in the closed position, and the side doors of both body sections are fixed in the open position. This allows, for example, using an autoloader to load and unload small loads in both volumes from both sections in the absence of a crane.

The sliding mechanism for opening and closing the side doors can be as in the prototype.

The wagon contains two extreme wheel trolleys 1, a central wheel trolley 2, two sections 3 and 4 of the body with frames 5, roofs 6, equipped with mechanisms 7 for opening and closing. Sliding side doors 8 are equipped with handles 9 for opening and closing. Each roof 6 is made of two longitudinal sectorial flaps 10 with a cylindrical surface. Sashes 10 using the mechanism 7 are moved along the arc 11 of the sector angle down (or up) on opposite sides of the side walls of the section (3 or 4).

The mechanism 7 for opening and closing each roof 6 is equipped with a steering wheel 12 (Fig. 2). During the rotational movement of the steering wheel 12, the torque is transmitted through the gearbox 13 to the pulley 14, which, as a result of rotation, moves the movable plate 15 along its thread in the vertical direction. The end support beams 16 of the leaves 10 are pivotally-movably connected, which move down or up along the arc 11 sector angle. As a result, the roofs 6 open or close depending on the direction of rotation of the steering wheel 12.

The wagon operates as follows on the example of loading simultaneously long-sized cargo and dimensional boxes, as shown in FIG. one.

The roof 6 of the body section 4 is closed, the side door 8 is open. The roof 6 of section 3 of the body is open, the side door 8 is closed. The forklift loads through the open door 8 dimensional boxes into the body section 4, while the crane loads through the open roof 6 the lengthy load into the body section 3.

Thus, the claimed combination of features ensures the achievement of a technical result - increasing versatility by the possibility of simultaneous loading, transportation and unloading of a larger volume of large (including long) and small loads that require protection from precipitation.

A wagon for transporting goods, comprising a body with a frame supported by two extreme wheel trolleys, characterized in that the body with a frame is divided into two sections articulated by a central wheel trolley, each section comprising a side door with a sliding mechanism and a roof of two longitudinal sectorial flaps with a cylindrical surface, equipped with a mechanism for opening and closing it with the movement of the flaps along the arc of the sector angle down and up, respectively, on different sides of the side walls of the section.
2. The car according to claim 1, characterized in that the said mechanisms in one body section fix the roof in the closed position, the side door in the open position, and in the other body section fix the roof in the open position, the side door in the closed position.
