Description

The utility model relates to the field of hydraulic engineering, namely, to spiral branches of centrifugal pumps for pumping liquids used in thermal and nuclear energy, water supply, the oil refining and petrochemical industries, oil pipeline transport and other industries.
Known centrifugal pump outlet, formed by a profiled pump housing, manufactured by casting. This tap is made in the form of a two-loop spiral tap [A. Lomakin, Centrifugal and axial pumps - M. - L .: Engineering, 1966. - P. 266, Fig. 133].
Pumps with a double-scroll spiral outlet are widely used in main pipelines, confirming their own high efficiency and reliability at nominal flows. At the same time, the technology of commissioning and operation of trunk pipelines requires a change in the pump flow. So, at the first stage of operation, oil pumping is carried out at a feed rate of approximately half of the nominal, and at the second stage, approximately two-thirds of the nominal supply. In this regard, the main and interchangeable rotors are provided in existing main pumps. Replacing the impellers leads to an increase in efficiency and reliability compared to the operation of the pump with the main rotor in these modes, however, this improvement is relatively small, since the two-turn spiral outlet is designed for the main nominal mode.
A centrifugal pump outlet is known, comprising a channel formed by a pump casing and a cover with a profiled insert located in it in the form of a multi-channel guiding apparatus with straight-axis diffuser channels or a blade guiding apparatus with crooked diffuser channels (RF Patent No. 105694, publ. 06/20/2011).
The implementation of the profiled insert in the form of a multi-channel guide vane allows to increase the efficiency of the pump while ensuring the required pressure on sub-load operating modes of the pump.
At the same time, if there are tongues forming a two-winding spiral in the branch, an arbitrarily installed guide apparatus does not provide an unshocked entry into the spiral branch, which leads to hydraulic losses and reduced pump efficiency.
The task to which the claimed utility model is directed is to increase the efficiency of the pump on main pipelines with different levels of the working medium supply, by ensuring optimal input characteristics of the double-scroll spiral outlet, depending on the input characteristics of the impeller.
The technical result is achieved in that in a two-turn branch of a centrifugal pump containing a channel formed by a housing with a pump cover, with a profiled insert located in it in the form of a multi-channel guide apparatus with diffuser channels, the guide apparatus is installed in the channel with the possibility of interfacing with the outlet languages so that the input edges of each of the tap languages with its upper and lower surfaces are associated, respectively, with two adjacent channels of the guide apparatus, made different from the length of its channels along the length and diffusivity, while the diameter of the output edge of the channels of the guide apparatus conjugated with the upper surface of the input edges of the tongues is made not less than the diameter of the arrangement of these input edges of the tongues, and the channels of the guide apparatus conjugated with the lower part of the tongues form together with the surface tongue spiral channels made with sections with a variable and constant cross-sectional area.
The possibility of pairing the guide apparatus with the outlet languages so that the input edges of each of the tap languages with its upper and lower surfaces are associated, respectively, with two adjacent channels of the guide apparatus, made different from the rest of its channels in length and diffuser, provides an optimal shock-free flow from the channels a guide vane into a two-turn pump outlet, which increases the efficiency of the pump.
The implementation of the channels of the guiding apparatus, conjugated with the upper surface of the input edges of the tongues, with a diameter of their output edge not less than the diameter of the input edge of the tongue ensures a smooth flow inlet into the channel of the spiral pump outlet that is external with respect to the language (the tongue conditionally divides the spiral outlet into external and internal channels).
The conjugation of the channels of the guide apparatus with the lower surface of the input edges of the tongues with the formation together with the surface of the tongue of the spiral channels, provides shock-free flow of the flow from the guide apparatus into the inner channel of the spiral outlet. The implementation of the diffuser channels of the guiding apparatus, conjugated with the lower surface of the input edges of the tongues, with sections with a variable and constant cross-sectional area provides optimal coupling of the tongue with the internal channel of the spiral outlet, in which the diffuser channel of the guiding apparatus at the interface with the lower surface of the tongue passes into the channel with a constant the section corresponding to the section at the outlet of the diffuser channel, and then the channel section again increases, again forming its diffuser section. This ensures a shock-free flow in the entire channel without a significant reduction in hydraulic pressure.
The drawing shows a section of a two-turn tap of a centrifugal pump.
The two-turn centrifugal pump outlet contains a spiral channel 1 formed by the pump casing 2. The casing is made with a tongue 3 formed at the place of transition of the casing into the outlet pipe 4, and a tongue 5 placed on the inner wall of the casing 2 and which is a partition (output stream separator) forming tap spiral.
Inside the spiral channel 1 in a radial space limited by the outer diameter of the impeller 6 and the tongues 3 and 5 there is a guide apparatus 7 with diffuser channels. The input edges of the tongue 3 are paired with two adjacent channels 8 and 9 of the guiding apparatus 7, and the input edges of the tongue 5 are paired with the channels 10 and 11 of the guiding apparatus 7. The diameter of the location of the output edge of the channels 8, 10 is not lower than the diameter of the location of the input edge of the languages 3, 5 The channels 8, 9, 10 and 11 differ from all other channels of the guide vane 7 in length and diffusivity. Channels 9, 11 are associated with the lower part of the tongues 3,5 and form, together with the surface of the tongue, spiral channels, including sections with a variable and constant cross-section.
The pumped medium enters the impeller 6, where the drive energy is converted to flow energy. From the impeller 6, the pumped medium enters the guide apparatus 7, where the flow is balanced and the energy is partially converted with minimal losses. From the guide apparatus 7, the pumped medium enters a two-winding branch, where further energy conversion takes place, and through the discharge pipe 4 to the pipeline.
The proposed utility model improves the efficiency of the pump.
