Description

The utility model relates to the field of agriculture, in particular to combine harvesters.
A known unit for harvesting cereal crops (RF patent No. 23237333), including an energy tool, a frame and a trailer. A stripping adapter and a fan with a deflector are fixed on the frame. The unit provides cleaning, cleaning and transportation of grain. At the same time, a stripping adapter is hung in front of the power tool, and a trailer for receiving grain is placed behind it.
The disadvantages of the known design include its complexity and insufficient technological capabilities, such as, for example, combining the technological operations of grain harvesting with soil cultivation, which performs a more advanced combined unit for harvesting and soil cultivation (analogue). In an analogue (RF patent No. 2357400), which includes a vehicle with harvesting tools, combing and threshing blocks, means for moving threshed grain through a tubular conveyor, and a second trailer module mounted, for example, behind a vehicle, including a tool grinding and remaining stalks mulching device. At the same time, the tool grinding the remaining stems on the field is hydraulically connected to the drive and is made in the form of a rotating pipe with mulching needle blades mounted on its outer surface.
Known mounted combine harvester (RF patent No. 141083, bull. No. 15, dated May 27, 2014 / Maslov G.G., Palapin A.V., Rinas N.A.), including a tractor, on the front hitch of which a header is mounted , the left threshing machine with grain cleaning, under which a conveyor is installed, and the right threshing machine with grain cleaning, which is equipped with an adjustable straw guide symmetrically attached to the tractor frame, two grain elevators that feed threshed grain to a hopper equipped with an unloading screw. This unit is accepted by us as a prototype.
The disadvantages of the prototype, as well as analogues, are the lack of complexity of the work performed, when in addition to harvesting, the main related agricultural work must be simultaneously performed (Zhalnin E.V., Savchenko A.N. Technology for harvesting grain with combine harvesters: M .: Rosselkhozizdat, 1985), necessary to preserve moisture, reduce soil compaction by various aggregates, as well as to increase the future crop.
The technical result of this utility model is the complexity of the work performed, increasing labor productivity and reducing labor and energy costs by combining the technological operations of harvesting and the simultaneous formation of a straw roll.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that a mounted combine harvester including a tractor 1, on the front hitch of which a header 2 is mounted, a left threshing device 3 with grain cleaning, on which a pressing chamber 4 is kinematically connected with it, and a right threshing device 5 with grain cleaning, which is also equipped with a pressing chamber 4, are mounted symmetrically on the tractor frame 1, two grain elevators 6, feeding threshed grain to the hopper 7, equipped with an unloading screw 8. Threshed straw after threshing machines f it is formed into a roll, after which it is unloaded onto the field with the help of 4 spring-loaded guides 9 formed rolls hinged to the chambers.
The novelty of the proposed technical solution is that both threshers are equipped with kinematically connected pressing chambers of a serial threshing press sorter for pressing threshed straw and spring-loaded guides of formed rolls hinged to the chambers.
These signs are new, not obvious, industrially feasible and are aimed at achieving the technical task posed by a useful model.
The technical essence of the proposed unit is illustrated in graphic materials.

The mounted combine harvester consists of a tractor 1, on the front hitch of which a header 2 is mounted, a left threshing device 3 with grain cleaning, under which a pressing chamber 4 is kinematically connected with it, and a right threshing machine 5 with grain cleaning, which is also equipped with a pressing chamber 4 , symmetrically mounted on the frame of the tractor 1, two grain elevators 6, feeding threshed grain to the hopper 7, equipped with an unloading screw 8. Threshed straw after threshing machines is formed into a roll, and then unloaded 4 spring-loaded guides 9 formed rolls hinged to the chambers pivotally mounted on the field.
The harvester works as follows. When the tractor 1 moves, the grain mass is cut by the header 2 and fed to the left 3 and right 5 threshing machines, where it is threshed and cleaned. The straw is separated by threshing machines 3 and 5, and the cleaned grain by elevators 6 is fed into the hopper 7. The straw, after being threshed by the left threshing device 3, enters the bale chamber 4 and is pressed into a roll. The pressing chamber 4 mounted on the right threshing apparatus 5 also presses the straw roll, after which the formed roll is unloaded onto the field with the help of the spring-loaded guides 9 of the formed rolls hinged to the chambers 4.
This technology of grain harvesting has great advantages compared to a conventional combine (Heidebrecht I.P. Canadian technology for harvesting crops: Technique and equipment for the village, 4, 2006. - S. 38-40).
