The utility model relates to pile foundations and can be used to transfer the load from the soil installed on the foundation of the pumping unit of the borehole pumping unit.
A prefabricated metal grillage of a multi-pile foundation of a tower support is known, comprising a central element and two peripheral elements, the central element being made welded from two parallel beams on which a plate with holes for a flange connection to the base of the tower support is fixed, and two cross-members welded to the beams, fastening the ends of parallel beams, each peripheral element is made in the form of a beam with holes for fixing the grillage on the tails of piles, to which two consoles are welded, and the end consoles peripheral member and the ends of the cross members of the central element provided with flanges for bolting to one another (Patent RF №107191, IPC E02D 27/42, opub. of 10.08.11).
The disadvantage of this design is that the static load is transmitted to the ground, whereas when dynamic mass is hit (ram impact) in a product installed on this foundation structure, uncontrolled deformations occur, leading to the destruction of the structure as a whole, and therefore to complete replacement foundation.
Known metal pile foundation, including piles made in the form of vertically arranged pipes, at least two of which are rigidly connected to each other by two connecting beams, each of the unconnected pipes in the upper part is equipped with means for supporting the grillage, the grillage is made in the form systems of L-shaped beams, each of which is equipped with one damper rigidly connected to the end of the beam, by means of which it rests on the support means (patent RU No. 123425, IPC E02D 27/14, publ. December 27, 2012).
In this metal pile foundation, which is closest to the proposed one, although the efforts and stresses in the structural elements of the foundation are reduced, they are insufficient to transfer the load to the soil from the rocking machine of the well installation installed on the foundation.
The technical result to which the utility model is directed is to create a high-strength construction of the pile foundation, providing damping of the impact pulse of dynamic masses, i.e. providing the ability to convert the energy she received from shock (dynamic) load through beams, corner profiles and piles to the ground.
To achieve this technical result, a metal pile foundation for a rocking machine of a downhole pump installation, including piles made in the form of vertically arranged pipes, at least two of which are rigidly connected to each other by two connecting beams, the foundation is four pairs of vertically spaced apart after each other pipes not connected, but each pair is rigidly connected to each other by a connecting beam for installing the base of the rocking machine, and each beam is made in the form of a channel for mounting it on top of piles and plates welded to the channel from two ends in its upper part with holes for connecting them to piles with bolts, and the ends of each pile are made in the form of a screw with at least one revolution and with a pointed end , while to the upper parts of four pairs of vertically unconnected pipes and to the upper parts of the second, third and fourth pairs of pipes rigidly interconnected by connecting beams, two intersecting corner profiles are welded to each other using plates for fastening these vertical pipes, and plates with holes for centering bolts and adjusting the position of the rocking machine base are welded to the first and fourth beams, and the beams are equipped with additional clamping beams with longitudinal grooves, studs and nuts for tightening the beams themselves , bases of the rocking machine and clamping beams. In addition, the first beam is mounted on three piles, and the ends of the corner profiles are welded directly to the piles or through the pads.
The features distinguishing the proposed metal pile foundation for a rocking machine of a well pumping unit from the closest known patent RU No. 123425 (prototype) characterize the foundation in the form of four pairs of pipes vertically spaced apart, but not connected, but each pair rigidly interconnected by a connecting beam for installing the base of the rocking machine, the implementation of each beam in the form of a channel for installing it on top of piles and welded to the channel from two ends to the top her parts of the plates with holes for connecting them to piles with bolts, the execution of the ends of each pile in the form of a screw with at least one revolution and with a pointed end, the presence of welded two intersecting angular profiles to the upper parts of four pairs not connected between vertically arranged pipes and to the upper parts of the second, third and fourth pairs of pipes rigidly interconnected by connecting beams, corner profiles are welded to each other using plates for fastening these vertical pipes, plates with holes for centering bolts and adjusting the base of the rocking machine, boiled to the first and fourth beams, the presence of additional clamping beams with longitudinal grooves, studs and nuts for tightening the beams themselves, the base of the rocking machine and clamping beams, in addition to installing the first beams on three piles, the execution of the ends of the corner profiles welded directly to the piles or through pads, which reduces the effort and stress in the structural elements of the foundation and ensures the transfer of impact hydrochloric (dynamic) load by piles and beams to the ground, allows to accelerate the installation of the pile foundation, optionally pile can be removed and reused, to obtain a high accuracy by installing piles strictly predetermined level, reduce the time of installation of the pile foundation to one day.
The proposed metal pile foundation for a rocking machine of a downhole pumping installation is illustrated by the drawings shown in FIG. 1-6.

The metal pile foundation for the rocking machine (Fig. 1) includes piles made in the form of vertically arranged pipes, at least two of which are rigidly connected to each other by a connecting beam. The foundation consists of four pairs of pipes 1, 2, 3, 4 vertically spaced one after another, connected by a connecting beam 5, 6, 7, 8, respectively, for installing the base 9 of the rocking machine (Fig. 2, 3, 4) . Each beam is made in the form of a channel for mounting it on top of piles, and plates 10 and 11 welded to the channel from two ends with holes for connecting them to piles using bolts 12 and 13.
The ends of each pile are made in the form of a screw, with at least one revolution 14, and with a pointed end 15. To the upper parts of four pairs, not connected vertically arranged pipes 1, 2, 3, 4 and to the upper parts of the second, third and fourth pairs of pipes rigidly interconnected by connecting beams 6, 7, 8, two intersecting corner profiles 16 and 17, which are welded to each other using plates 18, are welded to fasten these vertical pipes. Plates 19 with holes for centering bolts 20 and adjusting the position of the base 9 of the rocking machine are welded to the beams 5 and 8. Beams 5, 6, 7, 8, are equipped with additional clamping beams 21, 22, 23, 24 with longitudinal grooves 25, studs 26 and nuts 27 for tightening the beams 5, 6, 7, 8, the base 9 of the rocking machine and clamping beams 21 , 22, 23, 24. The beam 1 is mounted on three piles (Fig. 3), and the ends of the corner profiles 16 and 17 are welded directly to the piles or through plates 28.
The principle of operation of the proposed utility model is based on the conversion of shock (dynamic) load by means of beams, corner profiles and piles to the ground.
During the operation of the rocking machine, static and dynamic loads act on the base of the rocking machine 9. The base of the rocking machine 9 in turn acts on the connecting beams 5, 6, 7, 8, which absorb the load, distribute it and transfer it to the piles.
During tripping operations, the head of the rocker of the rocking machine performs a reciprocating movement, as a result of which alternating loads occur, acting through the base on the connecting beams 5, 6, 7, 8. The beam 5, located directly under the rack of the rocking machine, takes up a large load , in connection with which it is installed on three piles.
The clamping beams 21, 22, 23, 24 perceiving a bending moment when alternating loads occur, decompose it into a couple of forces. One force transfers force to the studs 26, which operate in compression-tension. Another transverse force acting on the clamping beams 21, 22, 23, 24, works on shear. To relieve stress when exposed to this force, the clamping beams 21, 22, 23, 24 are made with longitudinal grooves, for the possibility of longitudinal shear, as a result of which bending moment arises on the studs 26. Studs 26 work in bending, due to the presence of longitudinal grooves 25, thereby ensuring the stability of piles.
A pile, perceiving the load from the connecting beam, works as a compressed rod in an elastic medium, its bearing capacity is determined by the strength of the pile material and the soil resistance under its lower end, made in the form of a screw with at least one revolution 14, and with a pointed end 15.
The intersecting corner profiles 16 and 17, welded to each other with the help of plates 18, provide general stability of piles under the influence of static and dynamic loads.
The proposed foundation design allows you to reduce the force and stress in the structural elements, reduce the time of immersion of piles in the ground to 10-15 minutes, if necessary, the piles can be removed and reused, improve the accuracy of the installation of the foundation, reduce the amount of excavation, reduce the installation time of the foundation rocking of a downhole pumping unit up to one day.
Tests of the proposed metal pile foundation for installing the rocking machine of the well pumping unit at the wells of OAO Tatneft were carried out, which showed their reliability, the speed of installation of the foundation, and the reduction in the complexity and cost of building the foundation.

Claims (3)

1. A metal pile foundation for a rocking machine of a well installation, including piles made in the form of vertically arranged pipes, at least two of which are rigidly interconnected by a connecting beam, characterized in that the foundation is four pairs of vertically spaced apart after each other pipes that are not interconnected, but each pair is rigidly connected to each other by a connecting beam for installing the base of the rocking machine, and each beam is made in the form of a channel for installing it on piles, and plates welded to the channel from two ends in its upper part with holes for connecting them to piles with bolts, and the ends of each pile are made in the form of a screw with at least one revolution and with a pointed end, this to the upper parts of four pairs of non-connected, vertically arranged pipes and to the upper parts of the second, third and fourth pairs of pipes rigidly interconnected by connecting beams, two intersecting corner profiles are welded, which are welded to each other using plates forfastening of these vertical pipes, and plates with holes for centering bolts and adjusting the position of the base of the rocking machine are welded to the first and fourth beams, and the beams are equipped with additional clamping beams with longitudinal grooves, studs and nuts for tightening the beams, the base of the rocking machine and clamping beams .
